Stayed Oct 11, 2025We were in town for the Black Bear half marathon and having our own little apartment was wonderful. Elizabeth our host was easy to communicate with and the Nest is very comfortable. You do have to drive to get to town and area sites but that was known to us. The road is a little noisy but as long as you are aware of that it is fine

Stayed Oct 16, 2021This was the perfect way for a birthday weekend away. My son and daughter-in-law said this was the perfect location to be in ear Asheville but be away from the city. It was very clean and up to date. The owner was so accommodating and communication could not have been better. Would definitely stay there on our next trip.

Stayed Oct 7, 2021Stayed for several nights. Was very clean with plenty of nice towels. Had to ask for Wi-Fi because the paper with Wi-Fi info on it wasn’t accurate but communication was clear and fast the whole stay. To me, the bed was hard but my husband said it wasn’t to him. Check in process was easy. The only negatives would be that when i booked it I didn’t realize it was part of the hosts house and we felt we had to be extra quiet. But if you’re not there much it doesn’t matter. It’s on a slightly busy road and there’s traffic noise that we aren’t used to. But if you keep the windows closed it’s not that bad.
