~ 2 Mi to Downtown - Cozy Cleveland Unit

When I got to the property, I entered my last 4 digits of my phone number, and it didn't work. I was able to get in after I called my contact. I again wasn't able to get into the property after a basketball game that ended late. I got to the property around 12:15 and it took several calls before I got into the property slightly before 1:00 am. On Saturday I had a maintenance man that got into my property to supposedly fix my shower around 3pm. I did not have any issues with my shower and no warning that someone was coming into my room without notice. I'm glad I was at the property when this individual showed up. I would have safety concerns with this property and didn't like the attitude from the property owner when I expressed my concerns. I disputed one night of my stay for my troubles, and I got a refund of $27 back. I would not stay at this property due to these issue.

Location is outstanding. On street parking on weekends is tough to find. Overall, a nice stay.

Great stay and good location

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Many restaurants within walking distance. Also a pedestrian trail is close by. Unit was clean and nice. Communication with owner/property manager was great. Easy access to downtown and lakefront.

Excellent location, apartment is in the basement level, minimally decorated but overall pleasant. Host was very nice and accommodating! Cleveland is such a lovely city.

Great location, host was easy to get a hold of! Close to our sons house which is why we chose there-would definitely start there again! Thank you!

Even though this modern apartment is at half-basement level, its well lit, with easy curbside parking, on a very quiet street in the vibrant Tremont neighborhood. Easy short walk to restaurants and pubs. Short drive to a new Super WalMart. The host was very helpful and followed up to make sure all was great with the place.

I am extremely thankful for selecting this property for my short-term stay. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find keyless entry, which alleviated the stress of coordinating my arrival time. As fate would have it, I arrived later than expected and was completely exhausted, but the smooth entry process made it all easier. The unit itself felt like a cozy home away from home, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that everything I needed was readily available. Additionally, I appreciated the host's accessibility and prompt responses. The cleanliness of the unit and bedding was also a huge plus and did not go unnoticed. I would highly recommend this beautiful unit for your long or short term rental needs.

I had an extended stay and the host was exceptional in communicating with me from the time of booking through the completion of my stay. The keyless entry made check-in a breeze. From the moment I arrived at the property, I knew that I’d enjoy my stay. The property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and located in the perfect part of town.
