The Space:
Stylish and quiet two-bedroom one bath apartment in a small complex located just north of LSU's Tiger Stadium. Granite countertops, dishwasher, central air, in-unit washer and dryer, wi-fi, smart TV, off-street parking and a pool all combine to make this an outstanding home away from home perfect for professionals visiting LSU or Baton Rouge in general. Fully furnished including bedding, kitchenware, and bathware. Including a separate work desk.

The complex is a small 22-unit building in a quiet neighborhood just north of LSU campus, other tenants are generally older grad students. Locked security gates ensure only tenants have access inside. The saltwater pool is located in the central gated courtyard. Parking is located steps away off the street in our lot, and is first-come first served. Additional parking is available on the street. Excellent location just north of campus, jogging paths and parks, just south of downtown Baton Rouge, and easy access to the highway to get around town quickly.

Guest Access:
In addition to your private apartment, you'll have access to the shared pool and patio, as well as one off-street parking space in our parking lot. Your additional cars can be parked on the street just steps away.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood, mix of grad students, younger students, and families. Steps from Tiger Stadium and Matherne's grocery store, Torchy's tacos, Starbuck's, fast food. Jogging paths and parks like University Lakes and City Park nearby. Just south of downtown Baton Rouge, near to Mid-City restaurants and nightlife. Easy access to the highway and major hospitals.

Getting Around:
Walkable to LSU campus and necessities like grocery stores, restaurants. Easy access to highway. Public transit stops within walking distance. One parking lot space included, and plentiful on-street parking right on the block.

Other Things to Note:
Smoking outdoors is permitted and cigarette butts disposed of in the receptacles in the courtyard. Quiet neighbors and a small community feel. LSU football draws many fans to the nearby stadium for home games and tailgating. Traffic will be impacted before and after those games.

    We were in town for an LSU game. This is an excellent location, and we will return. In fact, I cannot imagine attending an LSU game unless we have access to this location. The apartment is nice and served our needs very well. There is also a grocery store within easy walking distance. All told 5* stay.

    Location was nice close to everything we needed. Clean well updated. Everything you need to prepare meals in a spacious kitchen. But over all we were very disapointed. The pool was not clean or nice like the pictures showed. It looked like a green swamp luckily we werent there to swim. Our biggest requirement was a comfortable nights sleep after a long day of bowling competitions and that didnt happen. The mattresses were horrible felt like there was no coushion. One was just foam and the other had no support. The bedding was a thin sheet like blanket. There was no extra bedding so we had to use the blankets from both beds. The pillows were paper thin and tiny. Will not be back.

    Very nice place to spend a couple of nights. The only negative thing would be that the pool looked a bit green, but the Vrbo owner can’t really control that so it’s not a big deal.

    The place was super clean and very well maintained. My buddy and I were in for a National Bowling Tournament and it was a great spot to stay. Beds were very comfy. Location was great as well. Just a couple minutes from Tiger Stadium and LSU Campus. Several food options around as well. Definitely recommend staying with them.
