Great little beach cottage! Very clean and had everything we needed for a nice little getaway weekend. Excellent access to the beach and appreciated the use of beach chairs and the other amenities provided!

The host was fantastic, very clean house and such an easy walk to beach and restaurants.

Property was as advertised. Very clean. Updates. Loved how it was decorated. Nice size kitchen made it nice to cook meals. Plenty of space for myself and two teen kids. Location is great and love having a designated parking space. It is a tight fit so probably wouldn’t fit a full size truck or full size SUV but worked great for our smaller SUV. It is a unit to yourself but attached to the owners home. Could hear owners walking above occasionally but otherwise it was as if we had our own place. Owners seemed great to work with. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Very nice, near beach and still peaceful. Great front patio for group hang time. Nice kitchen. Comfortable beds. Easy for 5 adults. Very narrow parking spot takes some practice.

Clean and well equipped home with an excellent location. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our vacation as it was within walking distance to everything and had everything we needed for the beach, to barbeque and relax. The hosts were wonderful!

Could not have been more pleased with our unit. We chose it for the location and reviews. Location was excellent, for sure. And the reviews were spot on. Very clean. House was so comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were especially well done. Beds were comfortable--I am a very picky about sheets (to the point of packing my own bedding, just in case) and am happy to report that bedding was up to standards! We had a little snafu in which we couldn't find something and the owners were so kind to respond graciously and help us, even though it was obvious and we were just overlooking it! Parking was great--but, definitely wouldn't have wanted a bigger car than our midsize SUV just for ease of parking. We felt very safe and even let our 9 year old take a stroll down to the beach (about half a dozen houses down) on his own while we ate breakfast on the lovely patio. So great! Thanks to Mandy and Marshall for a 5 star stay in San Diego.

We had an amazing stay here and would definitely come back again! We loved spending time on the patio and the short walk to the beach. It was also an easy 15 minute drive to many nearby San Diego attractions. The parking spot is very tight, but we were grateful to have the reserved parking. Our kids loved the bunk beds and this was a very comfortable for our family of 4. The hosts were wonderful and helpful when needed.

We loved this property! The bunk beds were perfect for our 7 and 4 year old. A travel crib was provided for our toddler which was extremely helpful to not have to bring our own. The wagon for beach toys and chairs (all provided) was an added bonus to make our beach experience the best. The location cannot be beat. The boardwalk was steps away, we walked everywhere for meals and entertainment. The only time we used our van was to visit the Zoo. This was our 2nd vacation at this property and we look forward to booking again!

Such a cute, clean and well appointed 2 bedroom beach house which really is steps away from the beach as advertised. The location was perfect with restaurants, a coffee shop, and Belmont Park close by.
