Stayed Nov 7, 2024Positives: location, comes with parking, checkin process Negatives: Expired soap and conditioner, dusty sheets and pillows, partially working gas stove, stained quilt, very narrow parking ( mid size sedan or compact cars are only fitting ones). It was not worth the value,, probably a hotel could have beenna better choice.

Stayed Nov 18, 2023The location is pretty good and the place was clean. The bed is very hard and when there are people upstairs it is really noisy. Management was very responsive and clearly cares.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023This studio was perfect for a week stay for my girlfriend and I. Unit is as advertised in photos/listing. Beach chairs and towels provided are a huge bonus. Great location in Pacific Beach - 10 min walk to the beach and 15 min walk to restaurants/bars. Check in/out process super easy. Parking spot provided is very small and won't fit most cars but street parking is easy.

Stayed Aug 13, 2023Diana, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, that's where it stops. In the review/summary, it mentioned upstairs neighbors and shared space but in residential along with parking. The parking is sufficient if you have a smart car, as the space is incredibly small; there is street parking, thankfully. When I arrived, the people upstairs were loudly arguing, and the shared space concept seemed foreign to them. Also, the head of the bed is right by the garage, so be prepared to hear that. Additionally, you can hear every step upstairs and almost hear their conversations. If you'll be out most of the day and noise doesn't disturb sleep, it's good for a night or two. It was very clean and about a 10-minute walk to the beach.
