Stayed Sep 21, 2025The team and Manuel were very responsive when we needed any help. All the appliances worked well, and the new mattress toppers that were added made the beds much more comfortable. I think it is time to replace the sofa in the living room. It is very uncomfortable to sit on and seems to be getting less supportive. Also, the red rope chair in the living room is very uncomfortable and we did not use it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great location closer to everything and with a beautiful view on the San Giovanni Square. Lucca is one of our favourite city and we hope to come back in the future.

Stayed Oct 6, 2024This was our 3rd, week long stay in Lucca. Previously, we had a lovely apartment that wasn’t available this time. We were pleasantly surprised with this apartment and particularly the attention from Lucca Apartments and Villas. Everyone working there is upbeat and efficient. The apartment is in a great location although, within the walls, it’s hard not to be centrally located. It is simple, spacious and filled with light. Highly recommend it.

Stayed Oct 13, 2024Apartment 3 was just lovely. Location was perfect and Lucca is a great town to relax. We had a clogged drain and was fixed immediately. Stella was not attentive during chec in and it would have been nice to know how to use heater/ac unit.

Stayed Mar 7, 2024Perfect location for a stay in Lucca. Apartment has lots of space. Comfortable beds. Next door to a great restaurant, Ristorante Giglio, and fabulous terrace.
