Stayed Sep 4, 2025The apartment is very recently renovated with new upscale fixtures. Even the pots, pans and kitchen utensils were new. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Being on the 3rd floor the elevator was much appreciated. We also got incredibly good service from the staff. We had to call a couple times about a slow shower drain and a/c issues. The staff could not have been more helpful. They were polite friendly and very accommodating. Gabrielle was the lead person for our property. He was exceptional! I would have rated every category in this review in the top category except the air conditioner was not up to keeping the place cool. That impacted our stay. We stayed in August. The temperatures were hot and the a/c just wouldn’t cool the apartment. The staff came twice to look at the a/c but unfortunately they were unable to make it much better. A microwave oven would have been appreciated. We would have put it to good use on restaurant leftovers.

Stayed Jul 22, 2025The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect – peaceful and charming, yet just a short walk from everything in Lucca. Gabriele was an excellent host: friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions. Communication before and during our stay was easy and helpful. We especially appreciated the small touches that made the apartment feel like home, and we really enjoyed every moment of our time here. We highly recommend Letizia and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Lucca!
