2 Bedroom Beach Condo in Michigan City | Steps from Lake Michigan

Cozy and sparkling clean two bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the first floor of the building with a separate entrance from the backyard. Perfect place for family getaway. This property is located just a hundred yards away from the most beautiful Lake Michigan beach. You can even see the Chicago skyline across the lake on a clear day!
The space
`Just over an hour from Chicago and minutes away from Michigan City Lighthouse Outlet Mall and Blue Chip Casino. Walking distance to Washington Park Zoo and Harbor.


Queen bed (sleeps 2) in one bedroom and two singles in the other and a couch in the living room that folds flat!


Did I mention you will be staying just a hop and a skip away from the beach `
Guest access
`The entire unit with a shared backyard and laundry room.


Laundry room will be off limits from 11am - 4pm daily. Please plan accordingly!`
Other things to note
We are granted an exemption (for health reasons) for hosting service animals or emotional support animals. Any animal on the property will lead to an automatic eviction and $1000 fine per animal minimum.


We do have RING Cameras on the outside of the home as well as the lobby/laundry area.


We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.


We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.


No pets allowed on the premises.


We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.

Please Respect other condos in the building`s privacy and be respectful to other guests
We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
No smoking or vaping (of anything) inside the unit. $500 fine if home smells like smoke/marijuana
Must book for total number of guests staying/visiting the home. $100 per unauthorized guest/night.
If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
Blocking of RING camera`s will lead to an AUTOMATIC EVICTION. No Refund will be issued and guest will be handed out a fine up to $500.
Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
Laundry room will be off limits from 11am - 4pm daily. Please plan accordingly! We will have to take laundry out if being used as our clean team may need the machines. If so, one may be subject up to a $100 fine.


Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.


Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
