Stayed Feb 16, 2026Our accomodation was not available, we placed elsewhere for 2 days with a promise our booked accomodation would be available after 2 days. We were then placed in another accomodation that was not what we booked and was very poor and did not represent anything like what was is advertised. We had to turn this down and agreed a refund of just the 5 days. The refund then was lower due to deducting both VRBO's commission and a second agents commission at a much higher percentage.
