2-bedroom apartment in superb Las Vegas with AC

Parking was a bit confusing at first but once I spoke with host it was very helpful. WiFi and tv had streaming apps was a plus …. Host was very quick to respond every time I reached out.

The inside was decent, communication was good with the host, the issue was the location. They should take pictures of the outside, it didn’t feel safe and I didn’t even end up staying there. The location was horrible!

There were other cars blocking entrance to property ( 1st car 2nd van door open trunk open blocking gate had good time

The inside of the apartment is nice and clean but the property is located in a run down area. It is located upstairs. I would not feel safe to walk anywhere outside of the apartment. The host however went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Host made us feel very comfortable and safe, was definitely worth the stay.

Sketchy neighborhood, but no problems. Parked on the street and had no issues. Great property for access to the Sphere.

The host, Kenya, was awesome and so responsive to any questions. Check in was easy and the place was just what we were looking for—a nice clean place close to the strip, but not in the middle of things.

Clean and good space

The location was very scary driving up, to see homeless people, and unsavory characters sitting in cars and walking around. I didn’t feel safe getting out of my car, at the time. However, because we were able to park inside the gate it put me at easy a bit more. The apartment was nicer than I had expected for the location and area. I won’t stay there again but it was close to all amenities.

The driveway gate is locked with a bike lock, likely because people keep breaking in. Parking requires driving up and over a large curb. The property is littered with garbage and junk. Once we got in, pretty much the only thing that was clean was the refrigerator. The shower had such a leak above the shower head that sprayed out to the side barely any water came out the shower head. The shower curtain wasn’t even water resistant and water went everywhere. The shelves in the shower were still covered is someone else’s soap goo. The kitchen shelves were sticky and grimey. There was mildew in the coffee maker water tank. We went to bed and set the thermostat at 72. The temp never rose above 68 by morning. Heat did not work. Police activity in the neighborhood all night made it hard to sleep. The front door is drafty and not sealed at all. Both door locks were of questionable integrity. We left after the first night. She refused to refund us anything. Lesson learned. That was gross and chilly.

Apartment was nice and the location was an easy drive to The Venetian where our conference was.Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with tea/coffee and plenty of pots/pans/coming implements.Kenya was very communicative and quickly responded to any questions we had.

It was very convenient.
