In Via Alliata no. 35, in a very central area,we rent an elegantly renovated apartment located on the second floor of a building without an elevator.
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a very spacious double bedroom and a bathroom (without window). A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a study area overlooking the living room and an attic bedroom with a private terrace offering a wonderful sea view.
AMENITIES: induction hob, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, washing machine, air conditioning in the double bedroom and in the mezzanine, 1 fan for the attic bedroom, TV.
BEDS: There are 4 sleeping places, consisting of two double beds.
