Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a great apartment, very spacious with everything you need and Internet! The pool is a little small but both a sandy beach and a pebble beach are so near it makes up for it. Both beaches are suitable for swimming and safe for children to swim as well. The balcony is a very good size and has lovely views. The location is great, within walking distance to everything you need in the village. Amazing pizza restaurant next door with great service, very child-friendly and extremely reasonable. (speaks English) Fab ice cream cafe very near as well. Our children also loved the local Simpsons' bouncy castle which is up every night from after 8. The Sunday market is great and literally outside the apartment. We had a wonderful stay with our two children. Locals were so friendly and helpful. Although a hire car is not essential once you are there, we have found it very useful for day trips. There is a lot to do and explore in the area but it is a bit of a drive. Great days out are the Aquapark (very near), Texas Hollywood in the Tabernas desert, Cuevas del Almanzoras (castle, caves, church), Mojacar (avoid the touristy beach resort but go into the village), lots of coastal coves for snorkelling. Supermarkets are within driving distance and little shops are in the village. If you are looking for a quiet holiday off the beaten track you can't go wrong with this apartment. Thank you Liam for all your help and advice prior to our arrival. :-) We had a fantastic time.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lovely apartment, well equipped and very clean. Wonderful views especially from roof terrace. The roof pool was fabulous, long lazy afternoons on the sunbeds enjoying the sun and cooling off in the pool. Great location, plenty of bars/restaurants to walk out to. Our favorites - Esperanza (opp apartment), Tapas bar on little high street (can't remember the name but had a blue sign) and Los Contreras (road behind Goah). Lovely little supermarket that stocked everything we needed. Very lively market on Sunday morning. Barbara greeted us and was very helpful. We will defiantly visit again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The apartment was situated in the beautiful Spanish fishing village of Villa Ricos. it has everything required for a comfortable relaxed holiday. It was clean well furnished and modern, the roof pool was an unexpected surprise the view is spectacular. We found the village a quiet Spanish village with one convivial English owned bar. A car is essential to explore surrounding villages of Mojaca and Gurucha. TIP Organise your Car insurance online before you go as the legislation has changed in Spain over the last few years. The owner Liam was very helpful honest and a dream to deal with. Which made this holiday easy to organise and a definite return visit for us.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property provided for all our needs. Great to find the essential but small ingredients in the kitchen - salt, oil, etc., and enough household products to cater for our short stay. All the facilities were easy to work with. We managed to cater easily for friends. The balcony allows fresh air to circulate - a welcome relief as the weather was so hot. The air conditioning was a bonus. Space was much more than we expected allowing 2 females to spread out, have our own bedrooms and bathrooms! The rooftop pool is delightful and a big plus. Location is quiet but accessible and away from other busy resorts. Pretty village with fab market on Sundays! We would return!! - especially attracted by the price for what this property has to offer!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lovely clean modern apartment in a friendly quiet village. Swimming pool on rooftop with a great sea view. Loads of great beaches close by. Sunday market right outside your door. Car highly recommended. suitable for families but no lift to third floor apartment. My husband, myself and two teenage girls had a great time here and hopefully will stay in this apartment in the near future. Great value for money!
