Lake Tahoe Skylandia Beach, boat launch and dog beach are 3 minutes drive. Unit has upper deck and lower deck with BBQ and patio furniture. Unit has its own fully enclosed fenced backyard and is pet friendly. Ski lease is available starting January 4, 2025 for 4 months at $3700/month.

Stayed Jan 5, 2025This is a great unit. Very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Only criticism is that the couch is oriented in a way that makes viewing the TV awkward. The fenced backyard and proximity to the groomed winter walking path makes this an ideal property for travelers with dogs. Location is convenient to Palisades and Tahoe City, We definitely would stay here again.

Stayed Dec 30, 2024Dogs loved the backyard and the beds were comfortable. All the appliance were great. Only issue was the thermostat was confusing and an older unit but we had good heat. Overall good stay, Thanks

Stayed Oct 13, 2023Wonderful home for our weekend stay. Pet friendly with a great little yard (always be kind and pick up after your pup!). Super quiet, clean, well appointed, comfy beds, absolutely everything was great!

Stayed Sep 23, 2023We were 4 adults with 3 medium - large dogs. It was a good enough space for us! Grateful for the backyard, especially since it was too dark to walk on the trail beside the apartment at night. I think we were the only people staying over the apartments that time, so it was quiet. There’s about 2 reserved parking spaces per unit, so you don’t have to worry about parking. The visitors center was about 10mins away, and grocery/pharmacy about 5mins away driving. Good at communicating! The dryer is outside the unit, and the property manager called me back Around 20mins when I asked where it was located. Was also grateful for them having us, because it was hard to look for a property that allowed 3 dogs around that time! :)
