Stayed Jul 19, 2025We didn’t even stay. We arrived are we were so upset. It was awful! Dirty, stained couches and rug and the roof looked like it was going to cave in. It had no balcony as advertised but looked over a building site and dozens of skip bins. The rooms were the size of cupboards with badly made beds. Where that ‘external review’ score of 9,4 came from has me mystified. I was compensated a small amount but they would not refund. We then had to pay $2000 for the 2 nights in a hotel as there almost nothing left. But it was still better than staying there. Wot if does not allow uploading of photos on reviews.

Stayed Jul 16, 2025We had a bit of difficulty with my phone moving to the UK network, which made it stressful finding the apartment. I only include this information because the concierge at the building was helpful. He allowed me to use the WiFi so that I could get the location of the key. Once inside, I was able to call my mobile service and correct the problem.The apartment is small, but space has been used effectively. Each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. We were very comfortable. There were fans in both bedrooms, which I appreciated. The kitchen was adequate since we only made breakfast. We were close to public transit and the towpaths for walking. There is a Tesco Express on the bottom floor of the same building. Perfect for grabbing breakfast items and snacks. I only wish we had stayed another day as we did not get to do everything we wanted.
