The property is accessed from the first floor at the rear of the building with a short flight of stairs. Situated in the older part of the town close to local shops The Black Swan Public House and Love Cake. This light and airy flat has views over the town and across to the Purbeck Hills from the lounge.


The flat offers comfortable accommodation and is welllocated as Swanage town centre is within 5 minutes walk where you will find a broad choice of shops, eateries and bars. The sandy beaches make for a great escape at anytime of the year and Durlston Country Park is a perfect place to explore and take in the stunning coastline. Further afield are Corfe Castle, Studland, Poole Harbour and The Blue Pool.
