Escape to the Suffolk Coast for a relaxing stay in this cosy and homely property with a spacious feel and hints of a gentle coastal theme running throughout. This cottage is ideal for a small family or couple with two canine companions who want the ease of nearby amenities but also enjoy exploring nature trails and relaxing on the beach. With the addition of a wood burner in the lounge, a snug plus a small garden, you can also enjoy relaxing evenings in.


Step inside to find a comfortable open-plan living area with a lounge that offers a spacious new corner sofa in front of the wood burner, and a wonderful sea view along with TV with streaming services. Next to this is a dining table with contemporary seating which is surrounded by stylish decor and coastal colours. Continue into the kitchen which has a fitted unit on one side, with a washer/dryer in a utility cupboard plus another dining table with seating for six. Also on the upper ground floor is a king-size bedroom and a family bathroom. The lower ground floor contains additional seating in the snug, a bathroom which is a wet room plus a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom. Outside is an enclosed garden with furniture.


During your stay by the seafront in Southwold, you can start your day by grabbing some breakfast at the nearby cafe before relaxing on the beach (both within 300 metres). Also around you are a handful of seafood restaurants, independent shops, a golf club plus some historical landmarks – like the lighthouse and Southwold cannons (all within 0.5 miles). The Denes Beach (0.5 miles) and Dunwich Beach (9 miles) are dog-friendly all year round. Take a picnic to Benacre National Nature Reserve (5.5 miles) where you can stroll around the lagoons and enjoy some bird watching.
