A welcoming open plan lounge kitchenand dining area with full equipped modern kitchen including a microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, radio, fridge with a freezer compartment. Cosy lounge with an electric fire enough seating for 4, Smart TV, DVD and views across the harbour.

Bedroom 1 - Double bed with access on one side of the bed, plenty of storage space and a dressing table. Captivating views of the harbour, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the scenic surroundings.




3rd floor

Bedroom 2 is a large twin room with skyline views out to sea. 2 single beds, smart TV, dressing table, built in wardrobe and plenty of storage and chairs to enjoy the view.

Bathroom: liquid hand soap and 2 toilet rolls per toilet. General cleaning products: bleach, shower cleaner, anti bacterial spray etc.

- Supermarket deliveries available but there are plenty of great local shops selling locally sourced products.

- No smoking and no pets.

- There is no specific parking for the apartment but there is a first come first served car park on the Quayside and on street parking available nearby.
