Stayed Mar 1, 2025Poor Wi fi and internet service.. no lighting above kitchen sink. Air registers in ceiling were filthy. I had to clean them with vacuum. Chair in tv. Room way too big and uncomfortable for size of room. Might want to invest in a larger TV. Need black out shade's throughout.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This unit is light, bright and spacious as well as convenient to the charming town of New Smyrna Beach. Beds and sitting areas are well-furnished and comfortable with a few reading or working books tucked in. The kitchen is fully functional with modern appliances and basic cookware. Great restaurants are within comfortable walking distances. Beaches are a short drive over the causeway. A good home base with lots of choices.
