Stayed Aug 25, 2024Practical and well located apartment. 25’ by bus to the Capitol. Very well equipped. As it is in the basement, the stairs are not for people with mobility issues. Parking was easy with the permit provided.

Stayed May 23, 2024We had never stayed inside DC before. Was a bit worried about basement but house was very cozy. The deck was such a nice place to relax after a day of walking in the city. Neighbors so very nice.

Stayed Jun 8, 2023We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It was conveniently located within walking distance to several nice restaurants. The national mall is only a 15-20 minute drive. Would recommend!
