2 Bdrm Condo walking distance to Weirs Beach and much more!!

This property was perfect for our stay. We found it convenient to walk to all the local hot spots. The host and owner were available for any questions and replied within minutes to 1/2 hour. Talk about service. 10+ way above 5 star. Thank you for allowing us to rent from you. Looking forward to renting again in the future.

Great location. Very clean. My vision had a little challenge getting the lock box to open (hard to see numbers and coordinate opening the box) but we figured it out.

We grabbed this condo for a night to see a concert at BankNH pavilion in Gifford. It’s literally 10 minutes down the road and worked perfectly. Condo is a bit dated, but it was clean, safe, and the location was perfect.

The place is very clean and well located. Little amenities would have enhanced the experience. There were no tissues in the apartment. The bath and body products were enough for 1 night…so if you plan to stay any longer, bring your own. The bath towels were flimsy. There was only 1 small 1 oz dish detergent…which is fine if you are staying 1 night. The dishwasher pods looked like they had been there a few years…discolored and hard as a rock. There were no spare trash bags…so again, bring your own. There are no curtains on the bedroom windows so if you like a dark room…this isn’t the place for you. There are also no dressers for your clothing and limited hangers. The balcony railing is broken and said to be repaired soon…but the carpet on the balcony needed to be vacuumed. That being said, it served our purpose and we had had a nice time. Hopefully they will take these comments into consideration and it would be a wonderful place to stay and receive 5 stars.

Host very responsive. Property is showing wear and tear. Could use small drawers in bedrooms or a stand for suitcases.

This location was clean and well appointed. Nice and close to Weirs Beach in Laconia, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated finding a location to house three adults comfortably. Two bedrooms and two baths, plus convenient parking and a balcony gave us plenty of room. The hosts left us snacks, coffee, water and toiletries, which were a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! I was in town visiting friends and family. Enough room for all of us! Loved the two bathrooms and the comfortable beds! The kitchen was well-appointed for us to make food and we really appreciate the snacks left! Would stay again.
