Stayed Mar 2, 2025This was a great stay. The pools are beautiful and warm, comfortable rooms, the beach is great for boogie boarding or surfing (bought a boogie board for $8USD at Maxi Pali). The beds could have better mattresses, but there were lots of details that show a caring owner, from beautiful shampoo and conditioner, a well stocked kitchen, and a brand new sponge for dishes. This was our most comfortable stay for our family of 5 in two weeks of traveling with several accommodations. The A/C was great. The property is gated and felt very secure. Glad we booked here. A quiet crowd, mostly retirees, couples and families. No laundry facilities onsite. A great value!

Stayed Sep 23, 2025The place needs a deep cleaning. Found roaches on the first night. Then a big sewage backup the is re-occurring. The property manager was slow to respond if he responded at all. Promised a credit but have not seen it. Place is not well kept. Mold in every room. Would not recommend this listing. Roosters live next door, so I hope you like waking up at 3AM everyday. Stay away from this place.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025We have stayed in various units at the Bahia' Encarta, all of which were updated, this was not one of them. Dated, needs refreshed, multiple plumbing leaks and backups. Flooded hallway bath floor, flooded kitchen floor due to leaks from the fridge. The AC vents from the Master room leaked into the bed, no washer and dryer nor there was a dish washer or conventional oven, nevertheless the conveniency of the unit to access the pools was great. The unit was spacious and comfortable and the conveniency of Clarita's restaurant next door was amazing. The communication with management was good and I loved the pools. Missed the ocean view from a higher unit but there was a peekaboo ocean view from the fabulous porch. Overall the unite was functional enough to covered our needs.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The place is beautiful, and we loved that it's right in front of the beach. The pools are large and stunning, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The security staff were very friendly and helpful. We hope to come back again. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.
