Stayed Jun 23, 2022Probably would not stay in unit 1 again. It’s a downstairs unit and you can hear everything from the second floor. Had to sleep with that noise. They have everything to use for the beach. I believe I paid too much for this property.

Stayed Apr 18, 2021We had a wonderful time at Coco Sands! My whole intention was to be able to walk out to the beach and sit with a chair and an umbrella! I was able to do that. The Rocket Launch was historical and beyond words! We will be back!
