Stayed Mar 28, 2026This cottage is charming! The location is excellent and the neighborhood very quiet. Easy access to everything! The unit was exceptionally clean and the bed very comfortable. The 2 of us would stay here again; book the adjacent unit if you have a party larger than 2. The communication with the owner/manager was also terrific. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Stayed Sep 13, 2025I’d recommend this place for a short stay - not a week. I’d also recommend a beach stay that has central air. Continued emptying of a dehumidifier was not in my vacation plans. The owner was very responsive to the mini split not working appropriately.The place is not as quaint as I had hoped. The location is great, within walking distance to the IOP strip and beach. Also close to a fire station.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025We had a great stay at this tiny spot. The location is amazing and the bakery nearby is yummy. There were two things to note. The place could’ve had less clutter since it is tiny. It was very clean but just too much furniture. In addition, the water was a bit weird. The hot temperature could be turned down. It got super hot and with little kids it was a bit tricky. The water in the shower would get super hot even if it was turned on in the middle. Other than that it was amazing and hopefully a quick fix! Another suggestion would be a full outdoor shower to get the sand off. There is a small foot shower you could use but with kids it would be nice for a full outdoor shower.
