Stayed Mar 9, 2025Family and I stayed here for a quick trip to the San Diego zoo. The neighborhood was perfect, and the property was great. We have small children so we wanted to be close to the zoo. plenty of food and coffee shops are around as well.

Stayed Nov 15, 2023This property is ideal for extended families and those traveling with adult children. It has two separate apartments - one above the other - with separate entrances. The beds were very comfortable with top-notch linens. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, which is in walking distance to cafes/restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay again when traveling to San Diego.

Stayed Aug 7, 2023The property we stayed in was actually two apartments. One with upstairs outside entry and the other on the first floor. Off street parking was less than ideal as we got boxed in one day. Hence the 4 stars. Otherwise the apartments were very roomy and well organized. Could use a better shower curtain and better knives in kitchen. Otherwise great! My family enjoyed it.

Stayed Nov 19, 2022My wife, daughter, son-in-law, grandchildren, and I visited my daughter and husband who live in San Diego for Thanksgiving. The two units were a great venue for gathering and eating. The units were well equipped, bright, and historic. Parking was easy on the street and we walked to Balboa, restaurants, and attractions like the suspension bridge. We had a heat issue when we arrived but Laura and Don responded quickly and issue solved. We would definitely return for our next family gathering in San Diego. Thank you Laura and Don!!

Stayed Jul 28, 2022Some friends I grew up with do a yearly baseball trip to a new city (16 years running!) and this year was San Diego. This place was great! It was conveniently located among all of the things we wanted to do with nothing further than a 10-15 minute Uber ride - including the airport. The location was private and quiet. Very clean and plenty of room. Highly recommend!
