1890 Graystone Cottage behind Historic Home short walk to Downtown & Whiskey Row

Excellent location. It's close to downtown Prescott, but far enough away so that it's quiet. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Everything works well. The owner was immediately available for questions and a slight change to our schedule. I'll definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed the serenity around the property. A very peaceful and relaxing environment. The location was ideal, we parked our car after arrival and it didn't move until it was time to leave for home.

The 1890 Graystone Cottage was outstanding. I really enjoyed the stay. It was quiet, comfortable, convenient, and safe. I highly recommend! I'll be coming back the next time I'm in Prescott.

Beautiful property, excellent location to everything!

We loved it! It was clean and quiet. The location was perfect! We didn’t get time to use the fire pit, but we’re planning to stay there again because our stay was so enjoyable. We definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone coming to Prescott and needing a nice place to stay.

Just as advertised! Very convenient location with easy walk to downtown. Patio area with table and chairs, perfect for coffee in the morning. Wonderful neighborhood with very friendly people. Good restaurants all around and, of course the Palace. Nice hosts that were easy to communicate . Didn’t meet them, but seemed liked really nice people. Would stay again !

The cottage/room was extremely comfortable with a 3/4 bath (no tub), and decorated in a stylish French farmhouse theme.We had everything we needed to have most our meals (breakfast and lunch) there.The neighborhood is quiet and quaint being in the historic district which is walking distance to downtown and many restaurants.The hosts were out of the country for most of our stay, but they were quick to respond. We would stay there again. : )

This cottage was exactly how described. Convenient to town and restaurants. Very private and quiet and serene atmosphere. We will definitely be staying again.

We would totally stay here again! Location was great, the cottage was perfect for us. The owners were so kind to give us a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. If you want a clean and comfortable place to stay that is walking distance to Historical District…this definitely is the place! Thanks again for making us feel welcome.

The cottage was very nice and peaceful. It provided a great sanctary for my husband and I when we needed to get away from the chaos and rest.

This property is just adorable and perfect for a stay! The decor is amazing and it has everything you may need! The hosts were great in communication and the location is perfect on a really cute street with easy access to Whisky Row, etc. I highly recommend this cottage! We will gladly stay again!
