Stayed Nov 6, 2025The host was very responsive, the apartment was clean and pictures match the home. It's in a very nice location. Although we didn't use public transportation it was right there. Also I drove into Times Square on Saturday night and it only took me 25 minutes to get back. My only grievance is that the elevator was not working. I had to walk up and down 4 floors which my arthritis in my knee didn't agree with. Also if you are sensitive to smoke smell, there is a smoke scent that comes from the neighbors but again the home was clean.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025The apartment was very nice, though small. We were there late June when the temps were in the high 90s and 100s. It was cool in the apartment and we were too. The area has enough places to eat and shop. Our trip was to NYC so we were in and out of the apartment. Only complaint was that the elevator quit working and we were on the 4th floor. Our host responded quickly when contacted.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025Property is exactly as described. Communication was very prompt and excellent. easy commute to Manhattan with local 51 bus/ Area is quiet and respectable.Only complaint is that heating was way too much in apartment and even comunal area of the building. Also we kept loosing internet connection despite few different WIFI options available.

Stayed Sep 7, 2024My family and I stayed there for a week in September 2024. We enjoyed our stay. The host is responsive. and helpful. The apartment is small compared to what we are used to , but then that's not uncommon in NY/NJ areas.
