Everything we expected was there!Clean, in order, warm (too much sometimes), with all we need (hair dryer, kitchen accessories, wifi, tv,...). Little suggestions:i sleeped on couch it is a little unconfortable. very kind information you leave on table but we try the spanish restaurant and it was an horrible expirience (it isn't spanish, too expansive - we went in other restaurant and knew the NY price, and the food wasn't good though). I suggest to cancel it from the list! Thank you !

The apartment was clean. Communication with the landlord was excellent. We received excellent support. This allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the city of NYC.

The apartment was clean. You get exactly what you see. The building is under maintenance so the main door sometimes doesn't open and the elevator sometimes doesn't work. The location is good especially with a bus stop right in front of the building.

If you are traveling to NYC as a budget traveler this is the place for you. The 125 bus across the street goes straight to the NJ/NYC Port Authority. Easy commute to the city. The apartment itself has all of the necessities. The one thing that was missing was soap/shower gel. Luckily there is a Dollar General within walking distance. Keep in mind the walls of the apartment building are thin and it tends to echo in the hallways. The elevator did not seem to work during our stay. When it came time to retire for a day after lots of walking in NYC, streaming on the smart TV was a challenge. Lots of buffering and lost connection nearly the entire time, and we stayed there for three days. Which made it difficult to watch a full movie or TV show. When notifying the host of this issue, her reply was an acknowledgement that the WiFi is the issue. Overall not a bad stay. But in 2025, strong WIFI connection is crucial.

This apartment is adorable and well equipped. We stayed here while moving my daughter into college in NYC. It's a super quick commute into the city but still has that hometown feel where it's located. The host was a very good and friendly communicator and had lots of written communication about nice places in the area and commuting to the city. Wonderful stay, I would give more that five stars if I could!

The parking/check-in process was frustrating, and the building was not in great shape, but the inside of the place was good. The kitchen and bathroom were the best spaces; the 'living room' area was small, and the air conditioning unit in the main bedroom made the room either too warm or too cool. Everything in the bathroom worked perfectly well, even with 4 people using it for 5 days and 6 nights. Glad for the window! The fridge was full-size; there was plenty of cupboard space with plenty of dishes; there wasn't much counter space for drying dishes (one glass fell and I cut my foot on the glass). The gas stove/oven was small and needed a lighter to get started; the smell of gas was very strong. The microwave worked, but the counter it was on was warped, making it difficult to open all the way. There were no clear parking options available (assigned parking included in the overall price would be appreciated). The outside door code didn't always work, so people either left it open, or waited for another tenant to arrive. The most frustrating thing was that the elevator was out of order, so climbing two flights of stairs to the third floor, with many bags, was difficult.Wi-Fi worked great, and there was a bus stop nearby, but it would have been helpful to have more recommendations/guidance for how to get places. The beds in the main room and the smaller room were comfortable, but the futon was not. Would have appreciated another extra blanket.
