Stayed Oct 5, 2025Claudia was very helpful from start to finish . The apt is set up with everything one needs plus little extras she slips in ! We also paid for a parking spot which was extremely helpful for us arriving back to apt later in evening having a guaranteed spot to mark is a magical thing in NJ ! Claudia is helpful in getting that situated . Bed is comfortable, futon was as well, extra linens for the futon handy. I think an additional item that would be handy in the bedroom closet would be a fold out suitcase holder like ones provided in hotel rooms. There is plenty of room in the closet for it ! It would make the contents of a suitcase easier to access by simply bending over rather than getting on floor level to dig for some socks! Other than that everything one would need is provided ! We did have a slight issue accessing the front door into the building some nights . I think building maintenance might need to look into it. The door was partially locked so the keypad locking and unlocking system wasn’t able to sense it. We finally got it to work after quite a few tries . If I’m ever fortunate enough to make another visit to the NYC area I’d definitely put this apt on my list to stay again !
