Along with an outdoor sky pool, this smoke-free apartment building has a zen garden, 24-hour fitness center and laundry facilities. WiFi in public areas is free. Each apartment provides a kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a stovetop, and a microwave.

Other Things to Note:

Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Self-service garage parking is available in the building next door ($17/day; ~$125/month).



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

    I reserved a CozySuites room through Expedia 19 days prior to omy trip. CozySuites demanded a selfie photo and immediate payment to keep the reservation, which I provided. But 5 days before my trip, CozySuites informed me that the room would not be available due to maintenance and offered another room several miles away. I managed to find another hotel in time and my money was refunded.

    Cleanliness an issue; VRBO would only move us to exact unit a few floors from this one. Sheets dirty, pull out mattress dirty and hallway smells.

    Loved the apartment, looks and location were great. The ONLY thing, and it's a big one for us:1. Towels - insufficient amount for 3 people2. Iron and ironing board - we would have had them in a hotel. We had clothes to step out in and no iron or ironiong board.

    My husband and I had a great time. Our room had a beautiful downtown city view. The rooftop swimming pool was so much fun. We recommend eating at the restaurant downstairs. The food & drinks were delicious.

    Pros: Big kitchen, a lot of drawers in bathroom, streaming on TVs (in room and living room), fan in bedroom, walk-in closet, some kitchen supplies, bathroom soaps supplied. Workout room was nice with dumbbells and machines. Cons: window shades were not black out and were see through. Found 1 cockroach in room. Came across 2 cockroaches around the building. Hallway smells, but room smelt fine. Bed was very uncomfortable along with pillows. Our key fob wasn’t working on arrival so we didn’t have access to pool or gym for a day. We were given a small refund and it was fixed the next day. Our code also didn’t work to enter but they helped us reset it quickly. Communication was through a customer service line and not the owner.

    Beautiful location in downtown Dallas! Communication with property manager was a little bit tough but we got through! Great place, great location. 5 stars. Thanks for having me.
