2 blocks from beach, 15 minute walk to pier. Clean. Adequate size for 2 couples (one bedroom is bunk beds). It was perfect for one night before the cruise.

This place is a jackpot! Not only is Joseph the best host, all directions were clear and easy. This condo is a perfect size, and super comfortable. We're just blocks away from The Galvez, and also the Pleasure Pier. What a stunning view at night of the ocean with the Pier in the background.

We stayed in the down stairs unit. We absolutely loved it! The AC worked great and host stocked everything we needed. There are a couple of smart tv with all sorts of stations but it took a few trys to figure the out. LOL We will looked for this condos availability the next time we had to Galveston.

The place was so adorable! The host was so sweet and attentive. The only drawback about this place is that the bathroom is pretty tight, and how the toilet was too close to the wall. Somewhat awkward, but overall, this place is in a great location and convenient! :) you can park your car for free, and walk to the beach and the pier!

The location could not be better. Host was reachable when needed. Unfortunately, the people renting the unit above us had a yippy barking dog that would not be quiet while the owners were out. The host tried to reach them to no avail. So, not much can be done about that. Just know you can hear every movement, cough, animal sound from the unit above you.

Clean, nice quiet place

The location is great! Nice linens & towels. Very comfortable bed. Good working shower with hose attachment ( very handy). Kitchen area is limited but just fine for small meals & warming up leftovers. It was very clean & well equipped.

Great host, nice and cozy, can walk alright to the beach. This is my second stay here and will rent again in the future.

I love this place. It was comfortable, had all the necessities and the location was wonderful. It was also impeccably clean which is very important to me. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the neighborhood is safe. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was a perfect place for us - simple and comfortable in a great location, steps from the beach at Murdoch's and several restaurants, and a quick drive to the Strand and East Beach. A safe area to walk our dogs in the neighborhood. Had all the amenities we needed on the kitchen to grill and eat in one night. Good communication from Joe and he stopped by to make sure everyhting was satisfactory. We would stay here again!

Was wonderful to be able to take my 80 yr old father, my 9 yr old granddaughter and my 3yr old pup! The host is fantastic! The walk to the beach superb! The location was pretty quiet. The condo/apt was an absolute delight. My father even commented on the pleasantry of the paint and decorations. Very homey and quaint. Will definitely return!

We absolutely loved our stay in this bungalow! It is SO close to the beach and our teens loved it too. Also a short walk from a convenience store and the downtown area. I highly recommend Galveston Bagel Company. The host was kind and easy to communicate with. Staying here for just shy of a week has my teenagers asking if we can move from the midwest to Galveston :)

Everything was great. My one issue was the blinds do not shut all the way in bedroom and the neighbor’s spotlights come on and off in middle of night.

Quaint 2 bedroom apartment that is literally minutes from the beach and cruise terminal. Stayed overnight for our cruise the next day. It was super clean, super nice, and very comfortable. Answered every question promptly when I had one. Definitely would stay here again!

Everything was great. Property was good, well equipped for anyone needing a good place for a weekend getaway. The only complaint is that although pet friendly it is not ideal for dogs. There is a fenced in area but it’s just a patio, no grass. Secondly, it is a shared unit so anyone upstairs can use the shared patio and do reside above you. If you have a guard dog or a dog that is sensitive outside noise, stair climbing or someone above you then I’d say be prepared. Now if this is a family of four with little ones(bunk beds in 2nd room) this is your spot. This place is in a decent area and within walking distance of the beach and a few food spots.

Super close to the cruise terminal. We were only there about 12 hours; long enough to shower, sleep, and drink coffee. It was just what we needed.

This property was great! Conveniently located and smooth check-in and out process! The home had everything we needed and they even accommodated our dog! We had an excellent stay and will return!

The house was easy to spot (bright blue) with a nice little patio area out front, and the inside was clean and had fun beach decor. We stayed very comfortable with mini-splits in the different rooms, controlled by remotes. Checking in and out went very smoothly, and though there were other guests in the other suite upstairs, we didn't hear anything and had a peaceful stay. The best part is the close location to the beach, which is why we chose this place. It's just a short walk down the street! We were here overnight before a cruise and took an Uber across the island to the port area (definitely too far for walking). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Only downsides: There are a couple of small steps in unexpected places inside, the main one being in the short hall to the bedrooms. I caught my foot on it at least once. Also, the bathroom light fixture had a bit of a learning curve; you need to flip the switch carefully, or it only turns on a tiny light at the base of the fixture. I messaged the host about this but never got a response, which was disappointing. We put a bedroom lamp in there until we figured out the tricky switch.

Absolutely loved this location and cute little house. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and enjoyed the close walk to the beach. Ease of checking in was very much appreciated and host was very responsive. Will definitely be back!

Great location and exactly what we needed.

Was a great stay. Clean, nice amenities like full size washer and dryer, stocked coffee and tea bar, and full set of cookware. We only needed to stay one night but I would definitely book again for longer stays.
