Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the first floor. Furnished with a king size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!

The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. Furnishings in photo may vary slightly from actual unit. Suites are ran with a boiler/chiller system which means they either provide heat or cooling- they are not equipped to provide both at the same time. Seasonality may bring weather that fluxgates day to day. During these times we recommend taking the extra steps to keep your suite cool/warm as possible.

    Unit was clearly dated and in need of update. however, issues were addressed in a timely manner: -WIFI is not secure. Bring your own hotspot. -Sofas were worn and provided no comfort. They replaced cushions and we bought pillows to sit on which helped for our stay. We suggested they replace prior to next renter. -TV was powering itself off. This was quickly replaced. -bathroom vanity and sink stained, pm notified -tub needs resurfacing, pm notified -laminate on kitchen cabinet coming off, pm notified All that said, we enjoyed our stay and the adjacent greenway. Property management was very pleasant, attentive, and helpful.

    Very nice location with direct access to busy greenway and frisbee golf course. Walking distance to groceries and Scottsdale Stadium for spring training (only a couple of miles to stadium). “Free Golf” is very limited availability. Only one building for ‘pets’ that don’t qualify as service animals, and it was very noisy with constantly barking wiener dogs left alone by a traveling nurse who worked long hours. Furniture in ‘pet friendly’ building is well worn, but comfortable, and the patio views are of the dumpster and parking lot. ‘Hot water’ in shower only made it up to luke warm temps. Hot/cold mix in shower didn’t allow enough hot, but hot water in kitchen and bathroom taps was plenty hot. This was put on a work order but wasn’t. People (both neighbors and staff) are generally friendly. Would stay again, but would look around first.

    I really enjoyed my stay here. Immaculate property, responsive team in the front office, quick access to the Greenbelt park, and cozy apartment are a few characteristics that stand out. The management team pays attention to details and cares about the quality of your experience. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

    Positive:: - proximity and private gate to greenbelt - security of front gate - pet friendly - ample parking - outdoor spaces (except for TVs—just watch the sunset w/o the noise!) Needs improvement: - cleanliness. My unit’s floors were swept but not clean; dishes and especially cups and silverware were dirty and broken. No dishwasher means you’re relying on prior tenants’ dishwashing skills, which left much to be desired. - pet friendly units especially need careful cleaning—I put my arm on the back of the sofa to find dried cat vomit (I was there with my dog) My complaints to mgmt met with offer to clean again or release me from my lease. While inconvenient, I chose the latter as I was very uncomfortable unless I cleaned it myself and just having cleaned a home for sale, was simply not prepared to do so. Mgmt wanted me to be happy, so the lease cancellation seemed best for all.
