14 on the Ridge, Pet Friendly!

It was nice and quit not far from town .

We have stayed at other locations in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but from now on I think this is our new spot to stay.. Small be very comfortable for 2 adults.. off the parkway and nice sitting area outside...

The place was great for two people to stay for a few days. Room was well kept and clean.

This small studio was clean and had a laundry room nearby, as well as a vending machine with drinks.

This was such a cute little place to stay. Very close to the main drag of all the things piegon forge has to offer. The quiteness was excellent. And traveling with our dog it was a great place for him, with plenty of room outside to potty. The only suggestions I would have is maybe a small alarm clock by the bed. And the water pressure seemed to be very weak.

I didn’t plan to leave a review, but this experience has been weighing on me since our trip.We stayed here about a year ago and had a great experience, which is why we booked again for a mountain getaway. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different.We arrived at 3:00 PM after a 3 hour drive and found the property had not been cleaned. This was extremely inconvenient, especially since we had a 5:00 PM dinner show and wanted time to settle in. I messaged the host at 2:50 PM and received no response.During dinner, I couldn’t enjoy myself because I kept checking for a reply. By 6:30 PM, I called the contact number, which led to customer service—not the host. The representative was kind but couldn’t reach the host after multiple attempts.By 7:30 PM, we still had nowhere to stay, over three hours from home, with a three-night reservation. After calling multiple times, the host finally responded and was initially rude. She then said no cleaner had been scheduled but would send one.The cleaner didn’t arrive until 8:45 PM, and we couldn’t settle in until 9:30 PM. The cleaning felt rushed and unprofessional. We never received a follow-up message or apology.This was extremely disappointing, especially given our past stay. As paying customers, we expected better communication and preparation. We will not be returning.

Very clean and nice for a short visit

My husband and I took a trip to Tennessee with our Chihuahua and had a great stay. The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge. The room and amenities were exactly what we expected based on the listing. Everything was clean, and the shower had great water pressure, which was a big plus.The host was very helpful and responded quickly whenever we had questions. We also loved being greeted by the two friendly cats roaming the property. The grassy area was perfect for our dog and made traveling with a pet easy and enjoyable. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it.

Only stayed 1 night, but enjoyed it very much. Cute cabin vibes and stocked with the essentials (dish soap, cutlery, shower stuff, etc).

Great location- tucked away from the main drag so it was very peaceful but still only 10-15 minutes from everything. The accommodation itself was great, very cozy with everything we needed. Loved the electric fireplace in the room, was perfect after a long day of hiking! We were traveling with our dog and there was plenty of grass for us to walk him around and trash cans to dispose of his duty. Looking forward to staying here, again!

We have stayed many places over the years and this was perfect for us! It is quiet, close to everything and clean. Lisa was very communicative. Brittany, was working her butt off cleaning units and extremely sweet. The laundry facilities were nice and very efficient! This place is small and cozy, but our favorite. We felt safe. Guests were friendly. It has everything you need for a fraction of the price! 5 stars!

Everything was perfect for us. The shower mat moved around so we moved it to the side but everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Room was very clean. Laundry room was a plus. We did check out a day early as my wife’s back was hurting. We had a good stay but the only complaint is that the bed is not comfortable.

14 on the ridge is so precious! It was very clean and comfortable. It was also super convenient to everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend this place!

Cute little place to stay perfect for a couple. Had an issue with the mini fridge but communication with host was great. Outside the odor from the landfill was strong at early morning but couldn't smell in room. Leave your windows up on car entering the area and you be fine. I would stay again for sure. It's close to most of the attractions in pigeon forge.

Quiet and off the beaten path. Very homey and comfortable. Loved seeing little cats that live there!

Nice clean place to stay quiet. Stayed for the rod run. It is close enough to enjoy but quiet to sleep.

Our stay here was awesome. The room was beautiful and the location was perfect. We were within 2 miles from any attraction we wanted to see. We would definitely come back to this vbro!

Great place to stay it’s quiet clean and close to everything in pigeon forge

It was Amazing, Lisa was very helpful and great with communication. The room was perfect for our kid free getaway close to everything we did. And only a beautiful drive to Gatlinburg took us roughly 30-40 mins of that. We really enjoyed the room and the ability to cook some of our meals to save us money. We would definitely come back and recommend it..

We truly enjoyed our stay here for a short trip to the mountains. Everything was clean, cute and exactly as described. Our only “issue” was there was no cell phone service but we did have wifi so we could at least text if necessary. Just wanted to let others know that is a possibility with their phones . Maybe it was just ours lol. But we would definitely book here again on our next trip!

Bed was not very comfortable.

We were concerned with the overkill of surveillance cameras. Not reallly an issue as we made friends with the staff and long term tenants. Only smelled the landfill twice. Not overbearing.

Property was clean and cute. Check in and out was easy. Location was just a short drive from the attractions we wanted to see.

Be aware, it is small. Nice and clean.

We LOVED our rental!! So cozy, and peaceful! The room was very clean, and super cute. We will definitely be back!! It’s a hidden gem for sure. The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of is the landfill is pretty close to the property, for the most part you can’t smell it. One evening it was windy and the smell was more noticeable but not terribly.

In all honesty, we chose. this location due to affordability. However, it well exceeded our expectations. It is in the perfect location- less than a 10 minute drive to anything in Pigeon Forge. Additionally, the host was so kind, helpful, and responsive. Having onsite laundry was also a great amenity. We will definitely be returning!

My partner and I were looking for a quiet place to stay and we found just that staying here. Upon entering, the apartment was clean and instructions were clear about what was expected. The apartment was close to all tourist attractions and food which made it super easy to leave and get back quick, if needed. My partner and I felt safe in this location. Our host was also very kind and helpful. To add on, this was my first experience using Vrbo and booking this place did not disappoint. I’d definitely stay again.

Studio was perfect for me and my boyfriend. Room was clean and comfortable. Property is very convenient to Pigeon Forge. There is a landfill nearby but didn’t notice any smells. I definitely recommend and will use this property again.

Only complaint was we called because the TV controller needed batteries, we were told someone would bring them to us but no one did.

We were very happy with our stay at ‘14 on the Ridge’! We spent the entire day at Dollywood, so we were late coming in our first night but getting into our room was a breeze. The location was quiet, away from the hustle of the strip but close enough to be convenient to everything! The room was clean and perfect size for me and my hubby. Will definitely stay here again!

We only stayed one night, but the room was cute! It had everything we needed and then some. The bed was comfortable, and we loved the electric fireplace.
