Cozy Downtown apartment in a triplex setting about 1.5 miles away from Chase field, Phoenix Convention Center, Talking Stick Arena and many downtown attractions.

The neighborhood has been heavily renovated the last couple of years and you`ll love the proximity to many great restaurants.

Downtown Phoenix has had a huge culture shock recently. It`s the place to be with many great restaurants and places to walk to.

Only a 7-minute-drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport!
r>You will have access to an entire apartment and share a patio. There are two other units at this location and they all share a patio. The washer and dryer are located outside.

Through VRBO is the best way to communicate with us. Please avoid text and calls as much as possible as we have a few people that can answer your queries.

Great downtown vibes close by with the city center, chase field, suns arena and Phoenix convention center. Great restaurants are all around you.

Uber and electronic scooters are close by since it’s downtown.

** A propane grill and tank are provided, and we refill the tank periodically; however, if a guest encounters the propane tank empty and wants to use the grill, the guest will have to refill or exchange it at Circle K or Walmart, and we will reimburse it. We personally like to go here and the exchange of a tank is about $14. Firewood for the firepit falls under the same guidelines.


** The city is very strict on this and if you have any other unauthorized persons, over max occupancy or more than 1 car, you are subject to forfeit your entire reservation.

** Cars may only be parked in the actual driveway and/or 1 car fits in the garage. NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED.

- NO Smoking inside of the property or within 15 feet of Airbnb. Guest agrees to pay $500 for air sanitation.

- Although the property does not have an enclosed garage, it does have a parking lot that should perfectly fit up to three cars. This space is shared with two other units and it is a first come first serve; however, parking anywhere in the street is also available.

- We provide a `Starter pack` of toilet paper and paper towels. For longer stays (3 or more days), please expect a possibility of supplementing these items on your own.

- We expect the place to be in outstanding condition upon your arrival; however, if something is not to your satisfaction please let us know and we will make sure to make it right.

- Please understand that we cannot control acts of nature and occasional things breaking or needing service such as HVAC, water heater, power going out, etc.) but we do promise that we will act on it and get a service tech out within 24 hours of your notice. That being said we do not offer any discounts or refunds if these things happen and if they are fixed within that time frame.

- By booking this Airbnb you agree that at any time a house rule is broken the reservation is forfeited and there is no refund.

- We apologize, but NO PETS are allowed at this property. If there are any unauthorized pets at the home, you agree to pay a $500 fee + any additional cleaning fees. (Double original cleaning fee).

***WHEN YOU CHECK-OUT***
- PLEASE make sure to put the temperature of AC to 80 degrees.
- HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.

    It was very rundown. The carpetwas very dirty in the hallway and stairs. I wouldnt stay there again.

    At first it was a little hard to find because it was behind the other properties, but once I opened the gate to see the charming little garden, I was pleased. The gate and the electric door lock made me feel safe. The room space was very well decorated and functional. It was just like having a nice, little apartment and so much better to stay there at half the cost of a hotel room downtown. Transportation in Phoenix was convenient. Since I had no car, I rode busses and the light rail, which was only a short walk away.

    Terrible location, dirty and it doesn't help that it's managed by an offshore company!!! I would never stay again!!!! My son and I were almost attacked by pit bulls!!!!

    When I tried to check in they gave me a code 1 hour before and once I got there the code didn’t even work. I followed their extensions to a T and it was because the code didn’t work when I left that notification as I’m standing outside the apartment they didn’t get back to me until almost an hour later and I missed the event I was going to. When I told them that last me $55 they said that they responded as soon as they saw the message to give me a new code. But I felt they shouldn’t have given me the wrong code in the first place. And that I shouldn’t sit outside for almost an hour and that I shouldn’t miss an event and that I should have some sort of retribution. And they said no. during my stay I woke up in the middle of the night to either dogs barking, or the night when the neighbors had a party and had their music blasting death metal at midnight and all they communicated was sure if I had to call the police because there’s nothing we can do about noisy neighbors. It’s also not the safest area and I didn’t realize it was on Van Buren and you get accosted for money at the gas station. So if you like an attentive offsite investment owners, ghetto neighbors, Barking dogs, chickens in the morning, and not feeling safe, and this is the place for you. I’m still upset I didn’t get any sort of a monetary or anything compensation for my disappointing stay even after messaging VRBO

    Highly discourage anyone to use this property. This is a contract place, VRBO has little to no control over what happens here. First, neither I or the taxi driver could bring the address up on GPS. Once the very patient taxi driver drove around to find the place, it was not in a great neighborhood, per the taxi driver and our observation, for two women to be staying by themselves. But I still got out and tried the gate. Couldn’t get in, dog started barking incessantly. Got back in the taxi and messaged the owner that I did not feel safe here and that it was not a safe 20 minute walk to the convention center as advertised. It was a walk down a busy street in a not so safe part of the city. I requested a refund based on the fact that I did not feel safe. Because it’s a contracted situation between VRBO and GetawyAZ, VRBO takes zero responsibility for my experience and GetawayAZ is non responsive. DO NOT STAY HERE.

    My husband and I stayed one night as we were attending a show at the Van Buren. The unit was as advertised. Super clean, the backyard area was very nice. We had an issue with the door code but was dealt with quickly. The kitchen has everything you need for a quick meal though there could be more lighting above the sink. If you’re going out at night, would recommend using transportation and not walking. Close to the downtown campus, sports venues and airport.
