This pet-friendly space is perfect for a weekend getaway or long-term stay. Our bright and open basement apartment has a separate entrance, a full kitchen/dining area, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fireplace, washer/dryer, plus a game room perfect for kids and playful adults.

Our home is a 15-min Lyft or Uber ride from the airport. You can also take UTA’s Green-line train from the airport, and a 5-minute bus ride to get to our neighborhood. Nearby freeway access offers a quick commuteto SLC.

Kitchen:
The full kitchen is well stocked with all you might need including microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, etc. The apartment is also equipped with its own washer/dryer along with soap in case you need to wash anything during your stay.

Bedrooms:
The north bedroom has a full-sized bed, the middle has a twin bed with a twin pullout, and the south bedroom has a queen-sized bed and tv. Also, the middle room has a desk and can be used as an office, perfect for those working remotely.

Temperature:
We find the temperature in the space stays cooler in summer and has a thermostat for vented-heat as needed. The system is separate from the upstairs so you have full control of the temperate to meet your comfort needs.

Bathroom:
The walk-in shower has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so you don't need to pack your own.

Outdoors:
There is a fenced-in grassed backyard for your pets to play in. However, this is a shared space with our golden retriever, Jadzia, and Italian greyhound, Kissie. Our dogs are friendly and love to say hi if they see you.

Smoking:
We ask that you do NOT smoke indoors. Smoking outside is permitted. Thank you.
Guest access
Our home is a short 15-min Lyft or Uber ride from the airport. We are also within walking distance (12 min) to Valley Fair mall which includes shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater. Nearby freeway access offers a quick commute to Salt Lake City.

To access the space, park on the street near driveway facing the home. The white fence to the backyard is to the right of the orange garage door and the sidewalk will lead you to the stairs going down to the apartment entrance. (Please do not use the stairs going up. Go past those.)

Clean home. Would be nice to have additional blankets but otherwise a great stay. This was our second stay and we will be back.

This is the second year we've stayed here for a golfing and ski trip. The rooms are very comfortable. We found them to be quiet. Kitchen is well equipped. Very easy to check in with a lockbox. Nice TVs and reliable internet service. We recommend this place highly. highhighly

Loved our stay here. Our family spent two nights in Slc doing big city things: hockey game, wrestling tournament, trampoline park, shopping and dining out. This was the perfect little place for our family. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Kids loved the game room!

Great property with fun decor and awesome game room that my son loved. We loved almost everything about our stay, however those of us in the two back bedrooms had difficulty sleeping because of upstairs noise (like walking around) around 1 am 2/3 nights. If it had just been a brief episode that ended pretty quickly, I wouldn't bring it up, however it seemed to last quite a while both nights we noticed it. The white noise from fans couldn't even dampen the sound and my 11 year-old and I had a hard time sleeping through it. Just something to be aware of. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

The owners were very accommodating to allowing local family in the area to stay with us while we visited from out of state. Space was clean and cozy. Had everything we needed, including the fun game room which we used a lot. For me, the location was convenient for my needs and was in a quiet neighborhood that was still close to amenities. Great experience overall!

Property unit was nice & clean. Problems during our stay. Didn't have parking only on the side of the road, mind you we have a large SUV & felt like it could get hit by another car. There was a parking space in the drive way but we were not invited or(allowed) to park there. Before bed we noticed that the dead bolt did not work which we always use for safety. That night I was awakened by loud thumping noises from the hosts as they live above the apartment. It lasted from 12 to 2:30 AM. If you are a light sleeper do not stay here. In the agreement there was a quiet time rule but that was not honored. There was also noise in the hallway from the upstairs heating & cooling unit that went on all night. In the morning we only found 1 washcloth for the entire stay, didn't have time to request more. I took my dog back to the apartment when we left she was barking, I got a message from the host saying she could not be left unattended, and that everyone needs to be treated equally, (what does that have to do with a dog barking). I don' remember reading my dog could not be left alone. I got a message from Vrbo, the host was charging me for a PET fee, which I thought I PD for because I told them my dog was coming when I booked the place. I PD the fee, I didn't want problems, when I got the receipt I had been charged 2x . I was refunded my money, but make sure this does not happen to you. We decided to leave 1 day early even though we Pd for 2. Hosts didn't seem friendly
