Affordable, well equipped , quiet, cute and comfy.

We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book this unit again. This was our second trip to the island, and each time we visit we find ourselves getting more comfortable with the area. The location is fantastic—the proximity to the beach, local restaurants, and nightlife is incredibly convenient. We also appreciate that this side of the island feels friendlier and much less crowded than the Port Aransas side.The condo itself was very clean and felt cozy, homey, and secluded. The pool area and building have a unique, almost liminal or nostalgic character that we personally loved. While some guests may prefer a more modern or updated property, we really enjoyed the quiet charm and personality that this place offered.Janelle was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. She made the experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish.The only drawback (take this with a grain of salt) for us was the mattress. We found it quite uncomfortable, with a thin, springy feel that left us waking up with some shoulder and back aches. That said, we may simply be spoiled by the mattress we sleep on at home, and mattress comfort is always somewhat subjective.Overall, we had a great experience and would not hesitate to stay here again. Great place to stay for the weekend! Loved the small kitchen and the balcony. It was very clean and enjoyed the reserved parking spot as well. I would definitely be back again. The host did great at responding in a timely manner as well.

Other than a water main breaking-this is a perfect place for solo travelers. Janelle was very responsive and helpful. Will stay here again.

It was nice to have use of indoor pool because it was cold when we stayed over Christmas. Communication with Janelle was very good . Good location to everything !

Love this place! Indoor & Outdoor pools are awesome. Sitting on the dock in the back and watching the sunset every night is worth every second of it. Plus having a Whataburger for cheap & fast 24hr food nearby is a plus. It was our second time here and it was just as good as the first.

Really cute beach-themed condo. Nice view of water and street to entertain eyes from balcony. Also liked music from neighboring bar/restaurant patio on weekends. Enjoyed dropping a line from on-site boat docks each evening. Drive-on beaches are close and vast.

Room was clean. Close to amenities minutes from beach. Host provided excellent room accommodations including extra pillows and blankets. The assigned parking was a very nice addition.

Very easy to book and stay

Mid last century building. I’m sure it was great when first built. Shows its age. Parking underneath the building was great, being in the shade. The elevator is quite small but functional. The room felt a little damp but the dehumidifier kept going until it quit. The reservoir was full and I emptied it to have it run again. The a/c worked well and we enjoyed the cool temperatures. The entry door let quite a bit of hallway light in at night and the vertical blinds let outside light in. The Drive and Dive bar outside the window is noisy until 11 or so. The air wick plugin was empty but I didn’t see any refills. It is a good place for a couple to stay. I would stay again if I had to be in the area again.

Stay was amazing! Condo amenities were perfect, location was great and price is unbeatable for what you get. Having the option of an indoor pool & outdoor pool was great, loved spending our evenings fishing off of the dock. Would stay again if in the area!
