#1203 Panoramic Ocean View at Lovers Key Beach Club

Great location. Beautiful spot!

The building is well maintained and pool was very nice. Nice to have laundry available. Private beach is so nice to have and to be able to walk the beach to Lover’s Key is great! The view is perfect! Love it!

We loved the view from the balcony! Unfortunately, we had issues with the cleanliness of the property, the inadequate kitchen and some maintenance problems. I ended up purchasing cleaning supplies and spent an hour cleaning before we unpacked. The property needs a new coffee maker and toaster. The screen was ripped, the screen door jammed and two drapes need fixing. We were surprised by the construction noise also.

Beautiful 12th floor condo on FMB with the most amazing view. Very safe, clean & comfortable. . Enjoyed every moment of our stay, private beach, pool, and long walks on our Lovers Key beach. Nearby Flippers dining. Exceeded expectations!

Unit 1203 was great. Perfect size for 2 people, could live their easily. Unit has a spectacular 240* view. Could sit on that deck all day. Everyone we met on site was very friendly, easy to talk with. Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.

We had a nice stay for 3 weeks.in January..property well maintained,nice pool and hot tub,private beach was great and not overcrowded.Our 1 bedroom condo was very clean and appliances all looked newer.One issue we had was with our bed.It was comfortable but was set too high up on risers to I suppose give more storage below it?My wife is fairly short and has back issues so it was very hard for her to get up into the bed...we even thought about getting a step stool to help get up onto the bed but halfway through our visit she chose to sleep on couch. Also the king bed was not actually a king but two beds put together.We would have liked a bit larger room with more storage area also...other small issues.....the ice dispenser on fridge did not work properly ,it did at first but then did not dispense ice as needed after a few days...elevators were always prompt and clean, laundry facilities were nice but machines only used quarters and they did not have any change machine available...closest place to get change was a Publix about a mile or so away....I highly suggest to either convert laundry machines to accept credit cards or put in a change machine!..alot of other folks talked about this and complained....over all the location was excellent and we had a spectacular view of the bay and gulf from our 12th floor balcony...all else was good... ...check in and out was a breeze using the smart lock and codes Gina sent us, quiet location and alot of friendly folks our retired age group to engage with....we will be back
