Stayed Sep 19, 2025Adorable apartment in downtown Dubuque. Close to Loras college which is what we wanted. Perfect for our family. Comfortable, beautiful old building that's well maintained and deviated nicely. The only downside - thr brewery below played music until 11:30 every night but not too the fault of the VRBO owner. There owner was very responsive and helpful!

Stayed Jun 9, 2025Nice 2 bedroom property in town. Above a brewery. Straight shot to the Ice Rink. Lots of stuff in walking distance. The rooms were nice and clean. Everything you need is there. The communication with owner was quick and easy. Minor issues: Stairs and no dishwasher. Would definitely stay at this place again!
