I loved my stay. The place was a perfect home base and the area was beautiful and safe. Walking distance to downtown and the island. I’ll be back!

I LOVE this property! My stay was everything I needed. I was in town just for 2 nights to visit my daughter attending PBA University. The property is literally 5 mins from her dorm (directly across fom the Intercostal) & a quick (about 5-7 mins) walk to my favorite spot when I visit The Hive. The property was immaculate & super cozy. Located in a beautiful, peaceful & safe neighborhood. Norton Museum, Publix, Starbucks, Jonathan's Market are all just minutes away in addition to my main attraction for my visit, the PBA campus & Kravis Performance Arts Center. Much more economical than a hotel with a ton more perks, hope to make this my go to place to stay when I visit.

We had the best time staying at this place. Very convenient location and so near the downtown area and the property itself is so clean. Very easy to communicate with the owners. Loved every minute of our stay here and so convenient as well because they have laundry downstairs and the unit that we stayed at was so clean and nice. We will definitely go back here. I loved this stay - it exceeded my hopes so much! It was spotlessly clean and super quiet - the two things I look for most in a rental. It was bright and open and I was surprised to see how many supplies were available. Most places I stay at offer the bare minimum but this had an abundance. I would totally stay here again!

It is a very nice apartment in a convenient location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We especially enjoyed the deck with the lush vegetation surrounding us.

I am so glad I found this little gem so close to PBA, as we dropped off a family member there for school. We walked everywhere, the location was perfect We wa;kef to nearby testaurants, shopping, the beach, the intercoastal waterway. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions qe had. We are definitely going to book it again in the furure!

Cute, clean, and everything you need! Nice walk in closet with plenty of storage for your things. Don't worry about the heat because the air conditioner was very efficient. I had an event at the Hilton. I took an uber there and realized how easy it was to walk back. There is a wonderful walking path along the water which is only a couple minutes away! Maybe a 5 minute walk to a great farmers market. I walked everywhere! Great location.

Very clean simple accommodations in a great location. I took advantage of the bike and the beach chair for pleasure in my downtime. Close to PBI and the Intercoastal waterway. I had a conference at PGA National it was a short 25-minute commute in the morning.

This property is well-maintained and in a great location. Kelly and Tyson were great to work with and very accommodating.

Amazing place that makes you feel as if you've checked into the Caribbean... From the layout of the apartment to the outdoor porch surrounded by gigantic tropical trees, its an absolute treat of a rental. Will definitely be staying there again.

I enjoy staying in an apartment rather than a hotel. This was just the right size for me for the weekend that I was bringing my daughter back to school. The location is great and the accommodations were just as described!

I really enjoyed my stay at Austin st in west palm beach, it was clean, cozy, had everything I needed to enjoy my stay comfortably. I appreciated having access to laundry and to the bikes. Close to activities yet quiet at night, ideal for me.

Staying at Kelly and Tyson’s place was fantastic! The accommodation was impeccably clean, conveniently located, and equipped with everything I required. Its proximity to the conference venue made it exceptionally convenient for my trip

Everything was as expected. Although it was difficult for us 60ish year old guests to find local programming on tv. We finally decided you had to use your own passwords for your own tv subscription. We chose not to do that. But the unit was very quaint and welcoming, comfortable bed, and well equipped kitchen, with even a few extras. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!
