Stayed Feb 10, 2026Entrance and exterior I inviting. Cleanliness is good. Interior cosmetics makeover lacking as well as towels. Area is very good for finding restaurants and music. Considering the property w/ river frontage and the other living space is priced at well over $1million, the rented studio area could be an easy 5 star if improvements with better cosmetic makeovers and exterior updates are made.

Stayed Mar 19, 2026Not what we expected! The lanai area houses noisy pool equipment and the only umbrella is torn to shreds. A pic is attached. The overall condition of the outside of the property is in dire need of fresh landscaping and a good cleanup. A pic is attached. The inside is exactly like the pic... in need of updating and refreshing too. We did not check in.
