    A perfect place to stay central to all of downtown New Smyrna. Even if you elect to stay elsewhere in NSB, be sure to use New Smyrna Beach Realty as your provider. They are friendly and responsive with exceptional customer service.

    We were having our house tented for termites and needed a place to stay for 3 nights. And this was absolutely Just Right. Very homey; comfy bed and furniture, walking distance to restaurants and shops. A little vacation close to home. Very convenient!

    This unit was immaculate when I arrived. I loved that! The location is excellent if you like to walk, window shop, try different foods or bike ride. The common picnic area and laundry room is a nice set up and it's good there are only four rental units. That made it quiet and friendly. However, I would have liked a recliner or sofa in the living room area. The two loveseats were so low I could not sit in them because of my physical limitations. This unit could accommodate three people easily if a fold out sofa was in that space for a visiting guest. But overall, I enjoyed the unit because it was well equipped for most of my needs and the area is ideal.

    Hi Kate & Janene, we were mostly pleased with our apartment. Two items need correction. The bed was way too soft. Marie & Sean turned the mattress over which did help some. I don't think inserting plywood between the mattress & box spring will correct it further. I noticed the label on the mattress read Spring Air or something like that. Maybe the mattress has air coils instead of coil springs. The bed upstairs in apt # 2 was perfect. Maybe you could replace the mattress with one to match upstairs. The other item was the living room couches. Very uncomfortable to sit in. We had company one day and they remarked how bad they were. Other than those two things we were very happy with the apartment and look forward to coming back next year. Sorry to complain but thought you should know before renting it again.     First the fees! I switched out of Hampton Inn thinking this place was sweet and cheaper - but sudden fees made it equally as expensive. The place looks cute in pix, but reality is it is dark (no windows in the bedroom, but a window in the closet!) and rather depressing. No views but parking lots. The communication with property mgr was curt. Despite registration with 2 adults, there was only 1 thin motel-6 type towel. After 24 hrs they brought another set of towel. Bring your own everything including TP.

    The first thing that continues to eat at me was how did I allow.myself to sign up for a unit at a certain per night price and end up paying double after fees and taxes. The worst was showing up and finding that the unit has no good views unless you enjoy seeing boats and vehicles ul on blocks from the 3 windows in the unit. The third was returning to the unit and being greeted by an odor that reminds me of poorly maintained grease traps in a Chinese restaurant. Upside everything was upgraded but the furniture. Don't forget to bring your own paper products as none are provided.
