The apartment is centrally located - opposite the famous fish market of Olhão (Mercado Municipal de Olhão) - fully furnished, with numerous parking spaces in front of the house and about 100 meters from the water (Ria Formosa). If you want to visit the neighboring islands (Armona, Culatra and Farol), you can reach the harbor in just 5 minutes on foot.
The apartment, spacious and tastefully decorated and with a fantastic view of the city and the sea from the veranda, has 2 bedrooms with 3 beds, 2 toilets, satellite TV, a spacious living room with connection to the kitchen, veranda and a very large terrace.
All bedrooms have glass doors that serve as access to the veranda and at the same time as noise protection.
The separate kitchen has the following equipment: induction hob with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, cooking utensils, toaster, kettle, plates, glasses, corkscrew, etc.

From Olhão you can easily reach all points along the Algarve.
The neighborhood you live in is open to the port and its active fishermen, so there is always little animation.

The location of this resort is exceptional: you have a wonderful view of the streets, the harbor, the banks and the yachts.
If you just cross the street from your apartment, you will come straight to the fantastic market halls of Olhão (Mercado Municipal de Olhão, built by G. Eiffel), where you can find and enjoy fresh fish, fruit, vegetables and various Algarve specialties.
The entire Avenida 5 de Outubro is full of restaurants, cocktail bars and animations. From the apartment, you can go for lunch or dinner without stress, have a drink at the nearby waterfront restaurants or simply linger in the authentic neighborhoods of Olhão ... A real treat!
