1 BR/1 BA Penthouse Suite - 1 Block to Beach/Boards/Fun

We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t have been better — right off the boardwalk, which made it so easy to enjoy everything nearby. On a rainy day, we were still able to make the most of it with a quick trip to the zoo and lighthouse, both close by.The hosts went above and beyond with hospitality. When I asked about arriving early just to park, they generously allowed us an early check-in. They also accommodated a 4 PM checkout when I asked — I realize this was only possible because the unit wasn’t booked the following day, but it was still so appreciated and very kind of them.The welcome package was such a thoughtful touch, complete with an arcade gift card and a few extra goodies. The unit itself was clean and comfortable, and the owners were extremely responsive to messages throughout our stay.All in all, a great experience, and I’d happily stay here again!

Nice relaxing stay in very nice 1 bedroom condo. Weather was not good because of Hurricane Erin but kept busy because of convenient location of the property. Walking distance to everything!

The property was in a fantastic location for a long weekend beach getaway. It was very clean and the perfect size for my husband and me, and our adult daughter. Jody was terrific with all communication, and the parking spot was a bonus!

This was our second time staying at this condo in Ocean City. Instructions were perfect, parking right on site, comfortable bed, everything you need, and such a short walk to the boards and restaurants. There was a welcome basket waiting for us with sweets and a treat to the Jilly’s Arcade, where we had a blast playing the games, brushing up on our Skee-ball and air hockey skills. We loved going to the beach every day, rode our bikes on the boardwalk in the mornings, and played tennis down the street. This is a beautiful condo and awesome town!

Was the perfect place for a long weekend with the family - close to everything. Had a great time.

Property management was very helpful and had excellent communication, the place was clean and extremely comfortable!

This unit was super clean and modern, comfy bed, nicely decorated, nice sized fridge/freezer in the kitchenette. The info on how to access the unit is given prior to arrival so there is no check in desk to wait for anyone. Simply follow the directions in the correspondence they send you and your unit will be available to you. We loved the hotel style wheeled luggage rack to use to load our suitcases, hanging clothes and cooler on. Elevator to all floors is easy to use with the key they provide for your entire stay and since we stayed on the top floor we truly appreciated that feature at our age. We highly recommend and would definitely consider booking again.

We weren’t able to get into the door when we arrived because the code wasn’t working. After a couple phone calls we got through to someone and they corrected the issue right away. The only other negative thing was someone used the outdoor rinse off stall as a bathroom. The second half of our stay we could no longer use it to rinse off the sand because of the feces. The room its self was great, clean… we were very happy with it and would absolutely stay here again.

We had an overall nice stay in OC. This condo was very clean, and the space was just what we needed for a family of 4. No rowdy crowds nearby, and a very close walk to the boardwalk and to Augie’s for breakfast on our final day :) The welcome gift basket was a very nice touch as well! With that said, there are a few things to mention… The TV only streams different services (Disney+, Netflix, etc.) which is totally fine, however, the WiFi is not good at all. So when the little kids wanted to watch something while we got ready for dinner, there was so much “buffering” time that they got frustrated. It basically disconnected the show or movie they were watching for long periods of time. I highly recommend springing for a basic cable box resulting in no interruptions. Also, I shared the bedroom with our 1 year old, my husband and 8 year old slept out on the sofa bed in the living room. My husband said that the mattress on the pull-out sofa bed was very uncomfortable. So, if you don’t need to watch TV or use the sofa bed, this place really is a wonderful space for a vacation.

We had a great little getaway, and being close to the beach and boardwalk was great with little ones!

We had a really nice stay here- the location is great and the parking under the building is nice. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the morning and evenings. The only downside to our stay was that the elevator wasn’t functioning and there was no communication about this prior to arrival. We have two small kids- one who is petrified of stairs with no kick boards. This made our treks up and down these stairs a hassle each day. Also lugging our stuff to the fourth floor was a pain. The elevator was fixed by our last full day of the trip. Jody the owner of the condo but not the actual building was very apologetic about this. He was very responsive if we needed anything additionally.

This condo was just what we needed for a long weekend in Ocean City. The location was fantastic- an easy walk to the beach, boardwalk, and Asbury Street. Additionally, the condo was exceptionally clean. We really appreciated the gift basket of goodies. We had a little trouble checking in because our door code didn’t work, but we were able to quickly get in touch with someone and we’re in about 15 minutes later. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Pleasant stay. Property as described. Nice location and lots to do during the tourist season.

Overall, very nice. Pictures don't do it justice, nicer than expected. Property itself, check in process, elevator and parking was problem free. Only drawback is the Wifi is very poor and choppy, so be sure to bring something as a back up. +

Fun

Great stay in downtown OCNJ. Only small complaints like the lack of a trash can/recycling bin. Everything else was as listed. Would recommend.

Place is spotless and in a beautiful location. Furniture and appliances appear new. Had two issues. The wireless internet signal is weak and causes the televisions to clock constantly trying to reacquire the signal. Property claims to have a blow dryer but there was none causing us to go out and buy one. Overall still a nice place to stay.
