1 Bedroom with terrace - Wifi, Air Conditionning / 1 to 5 People

The location is good and check-in was easy. It was quiet and a safe area. WiFi was good for our basic needs. Air conditioning was good in both the loft bedroom and main living area.The apartment was clean-ish...some dishes were not well washed by previous guests, lots of dust bunnies floating around, behind the bathroom sink was toothpaste marks...all of that added up to just okay clean. The loft area stair is more steep than it looks. Okay for our family but, if you have mobility issues, it would not be good. Also, the tub is under the stairs so it is hard to get out if you are not tall. It is a deep tub and you must step over the corner making it a very long step with nothing to hold onto, with wet feet and tile it becomes perilous. The listing says it includes toiletries, to me this means shampoo, soap for shower and for sinks. There was only soap at the bathroom sink, nothing else. Though I found dish washing liquid under kitchen sink. We bought some shampoo, not a big deal but, be aware you'll need it. Listing says it sleeps 5. Yes, there are spots for 5 ppl to sleep but we are a family of 4 and it was cramped for us and our 4 carry-on size suitcases because all the suitcases had to go on the floor. If we were 2 or 3 ppl it would be fine.

The property location was excellent! We walked to all the places we wanted to visit easily. The property is dated, could use some upgrades with the yellow chair (worn and ditry). The shower situation is not good. You have to sit in the tub and use the shower nozzle. We definitely needed more pillows. The 2 provided were quite thin. Otherwise, it was a good economical place to stay.

Location was fabulous! Short walk from La Rotonde/Cours Mirabelle. Laura’s communication was terrific! I would only say that people over 60 should consider there are 19 steps to Access apartment from street level, and no railing on steps to loft bedroom. Tub has high side walls that my friend had trouble with. Small back balcony was lovely as was living room area. Thank you for a lovely stay in Aix!

Apartment was great for me (solo senior traveller). Roomy, comfortable, clean. Everything (except oven) for extended stay. Good wifi. Loft bedroom not an issue for me (might be if you’re mobility challenged). A/C and heat (weather was hot and cool during my stay) worked great. Walking distance (1.5 km) to everything in the old town, main bus station and train station. Timely, thorough communication with host. Thank you Laura, for a wonderful place to stay in Aix.

Great location

Perfect location for everything in central Aix. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Access was easy, directions accurate and all equipment was in good working order. Charming, quiet and restful. A very nice pied a terre in the city centre.

Really cute little spot, has everything you need and everything else is close by. Four of us stayed here, two in the loft and two on the couch which was surprisingly comfortable! The host was a great communicator and really accommodating.
