A cozy and clean Unit. Private and comfortable. And it was exactly as described. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and close to everything I needed.

We only stayed in room to sleep as our days were full. We had wanted the room cooler and as soon as we got in touch with Chablis the temp changed immediately. Great stay perfect for what we needed a bed and a shower. We would recommend.

This unit was perfect as i was at a convention most of my stay. The unit was small but everything I needed at a very reasonable cost. I was close to the Charlotte Convention Center. The host was able to add a night to the front end of my stay on short notice which worked out well. There was not one thing I needed to ask for. Everything I needed was already there!

The property owner was very responsive and helpful. The only draw back is on street parking only.

We had a great experience. I will say the place is small, but we just needed it as a place to sleep so it was perfect!

This is a great place to stay for a couple or single person if you are looking for somewhere to sleep while in Charlotte. Communication, cleanliness, and location of the place was perfect for what I needed as I had a conference downtown. I have no complaints and would stay again if I needed to.

We had a nice stay here over the weekend. The listing was not very clear that it was a room in a house so we were surprised and felt that we had to be quiet because we could hear people in the house. We arrived quite late and it was very dark when approaching the house, but the motion light activated as we got closer to our entrance in the back. The room was quite clean, the towels could have been a little cleaner however. But overall we had a nice stay.

My partner and I stayed here, for a wedding. Very walkable spot, we walked twice to a yummy ice cream shop, “2 scoops”, and definitely check out ace burger. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. It is a room you are renting, but the host makes it feel like more.

This was the perfect little spot for a home base for us while we were on our trip! It is very tiny, but all we needed for our plans. It was a bit tricky to find the first time, coming in at dark, but the house number is lit up once you find it. The caretaker was luckily outside and he was extremely helpful! Gave us ideas of things to do, reassured us about the safeness of the neighborhood and was very friendly. Although it wasn’t necessary, communication was excellent, especially on our host’s end. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Overal amazing

Lovely neighborhood minutes from uptown Charlotte. It had everything I needed. The host thought of everything. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a great, clean one bedroom with bathroom for a solo travel to Charlotte. I ended up walking to the city when the weather was nice, and you pass through a pretty greenway (about 40 minutes). I like cooking, so only have a fridge and microwave was tough. However, it does give you a chance to try out the food places nearby. Host was kind and provided everything needed for a short stay.

The place may seem small but the host has thought of everything from a small table that facilitates dining, utensils are in the microwave, the bathroom is clean and there’s hot water in the shower. The host is also super when asked for help and direction.

This is 1 bedroom and shower/ bathroom with a separate entrance. The room also has a microwave, refrigerator and Keurig. I enjoyed my stay. It was very clean and quiet. The host was very responsive and accommodated my diet. (providing a hotplate and a pot so that I could cook my food.)Though it is a room and 1/2 bathroom, the host is not bothersome and constantly hovering. This is a great place and I would definitely use it again.

We had a wonderful stay! So close to anything we wanted, yet private and lovely neighborhood. Owners are the sweet and caring individuals! I would stay here again and again and highly recommend you to visit as well! Thank you for everything! Rich & Denise G
