Stayed Dec 24, 2024We had a wonderfull Christmas holiday in Seville. What a great city this is.I have never seen that kind of lights. One point that could be better in our opnion is the hygienic in this appartment that was reasonable but can be better!

Stayed Oct 22, 2024First time in Seville. The property manager met us at the apartment. There was a little confusion when we arrived but we finally met up with the property manager. He showed us the parking which is around the corner and has easy access. We then unloaded and went to the apartment. It is has access from the street. Main floor has a living space, kitchen and a very small bathroom. Downstairs has two bedrroms and a large bathroom with a double sink. Some have mentioned a musty smell which we did notice but we didn't find it that bad. You are right in the middle of everything. 15 min walk to the cathedral and minutes to lots of good places to eat on the river.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024The property was completely redone as per the pictures. There was some difficulty in communicating with our host when we arrived. If we had a phone that could allow for calls things may have been better. The real concern for us was the smell of the apartment. It at times smelled like a sewer. Since the bedrooms were below ground level they also had a musty/sewer like smell as well.

Stayed Mar 5, 2024Very cool apartment, well set up to stay in for a few days or longer. Walkable to the main sights in Seville and supermarkets close by. Big bonus is secure parking close by Excellent hosting and care too

Stayed Mar 8, 2024This location is across the river from the centre but a 10 minute walk to either plaza Espana or the tower. It was nice to get away from the crowds. It’s still busy on this side but more so with locals. Lots of restaurants bars and grocery stores nearby. It was nice having the bedrooms in the basement, it was soooo quiet. The free parking was a bonus as well.
