1-bedroom apartment just 12 minutes drive to Nissan Stadium

It was a cute cottage style room. Perfect for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. It was an extremely cozy place to stay.

The place is so cute and exactly as pictured! So glad we found this place for our weekend in Nashville!

Property was perfect for a three night stay for a couple. Situated in a very quiet neighborhood, and was a short drive to Broadway. Would definitely stay again.

I was extremely disappointed by the misleading listing. Nowhere did it state that the host would be staying in the same building as us. This lack of disclosure made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. We left immediately and had to book a new place at the last minute, which cost far more and caused major disruption to our trip. This was a serious omission in the listing, and I believe we should get a full refund.

Great time in Nashville. The place was perfect for our needs.

I was just resting on a long layover. Super comfortable bed, nice shower, well stocked little kitchenette area. No temperature control so i was really cold but there were extra blankets so once i got into the bed it was ok. Host is on site & super friendly & interested in guests. Extremely quiet neighborhood except for some barking. Overall very cute.

Private, quiet and comfortable

We came up for the Nashville race Sunday. We live about 4 hours away. The host was very accommodating and replied quickly. It was a cute little place to stay and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking in the area. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice surprise.

This place had its own charm!It reminded me instantly of my aunt's farm house, which brought good memories.We definitely enjoyed the outside as well, with all the flowers.The old fashioned fridge was charming. Loved the teal color.Only suggestions I have would be to have a box of kleenex in the room, and perhaps some decaf coffee pods. (The coffee creamer canister was empty but I added some sugar and it was fine).We would definitely stay here again!Thank you

Loved the space, pictures definitely did not do it justice! All the little extra thoughtful touches were greatly appreciated. The work I was doing at the airport it was only about a 7 min drive which was great. The outdoor space and having a desk to work at made it way more relaxing. But my favorite part was the bed, it was exceptionally comfortable! You can tell lots of love went into creating this little slice of heaven.

The place was perfect for our anniversary getaway. It was far enough away to escape the city noise, yet close enough to get downtown within minutes. Such a cute and cozy spot with a rare price. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Was exactly as listed! Very quiet neighborhood with very little drive to our destination downtown! Will stay again for future Nashville trips!

This property was much more ‘rustic’ than we found comfortable. The apt. is attached to host house and there were piles of stones, wood, old tools, etc all around the outside of the house. This home sits right in the center of a sub division. Inside was dust free. There is a coffee pot, microwave, tiny little fridge and plates, cups, utensils. No full or sub kitchen. Porch swing looks out at others homes Bed had only sheets, and a blanket pillows. Darks inside and had a musty smell. Brand new bathroom and shower. In property photos it looks like a river running behind the house with the little table and chairs outside. It is A ROAD, not a river!! River access is 8 miles away. Host was sweet but didn’t see (or smell) what we pointed out as concerns. So she really didn’t work it out with us. We went and got a hotel for the weekend. VRBO wasn’t much help either. Thank goodness we had purchased the insurance !

We had a wonderful stay! The space is beautifully decorated making it feel very cozy and comfortable. Had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. Bed and pillows were comfy. Nice and quiet neighborhood that was conveniently located near everything! 10/10 would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay again anytime we visit Nashville!!

Exactly as described. We Ubered to and from Broadway and it was as a 14 min drive. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. I managed to lock myself out and the host was able to assist immediately. Will definitely book again if we are ever back in the area!

This is such a cute and unique little space. It was clean, welcoming, and warm. We enjoyed our stay! She also allowed us to check in early after our travels. On a side note, we were a little surprised to find that the room is attached to the home leaving you in close quarters with the host. The only concerning part of this was not wanting to disrupt the host during our start.

The place was exactly as photographed and had an incredibly comfortable bed. It was nice to stay in a place that actually lived up to its expectations.

The cutest, coziest little hideaway!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was adorable with little extras- from the stenciled floor in the bedroom to the towel heater in the bathroom. The Keurig and the bags of goodies were much appreciated !

Place was clean and welcoming as always. You walk in and it just feels comfortable and homey.

We had a great visit to Nashville. The apartment was cozy, eclectic and welcoming. We had a great time seeing the area but also enjoyed resting on the comfy bed there. If anyone wants a great place for two, while staying in Nashville, I would tell them about this place!

Always a great stay!

We loved our stay! The room was definitely one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at. The bed is very comfortable, location is easy to get to from downtown Nashville - just a 15/20 minute drive and we appreciated the quiet neighborhood, rather than the busy loud main strip off Broadway. The room was perfect for our stay and would book again for sure.

This suite is exactly as described. It’s within reasonable distance to most attractions. It’s cute and cozy and clean. There’s a small “kitchen” space with a mini fridge and coffee maker. I was concerned when we arrived that we couldn’t find a thermostat or way to control the temperature. The ceiling fan wound up being sufficient. It was an overall pleasant stay and we would recommend it.

Space was adorable! Tidy and equipped with all that we needed. The motion light outside was helpful when coming in late, to help us see.

This was a great little spot in a quiet neighborhood, yet still about 15-20 minutes to everything in Nashville. Rosalie was very communicative and friendly, the shower pressure was nice , and I kept admiring her beautiful gardens every time I came/went. Check in and out were easy as well!

Rosalie was very quick to respond to messages and very kind. The property is in a very quiet and safe area. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s about 20 minutes from downtown Nashville, which made it easy to get to the action but still nice to come back to a quiet spot. Would definitely stay here again!

Was very clean and tidy

Directions were clear to get in. Cute little place. Only way i can describe it is part retro, part rustic. Bed was comfy, place was clean. Shower was great. Loved the soft plush towels. Conveniently located. We took Ubers into the city and with the close proximity to the airport, we never waited more than 10 minutes for a ride into the city. We would stay here again when we come back to Nashville.

this was the coziest little apartment I’ve ever stayed in! It was beautifully decorated, and the bed was the most comfortable bed. I swear I’ve ever slept out of my entire life. Everything from check-in, our stay, to check out was flawless, and if I had to communicate with The host, she was very quick to respond. Definitely worth the money and a hidden gem for sure!

I normally never leave reviews so this says a lot already. I was skeptical at first and for anyone who is, I’m telling you now stop thinking and go book this place! It’s a great deal in a quiet neighborhood and was the perfect place to stay after a long night out in broadway. The A/C is amazing not stuffy at all , the patio was a nice set up for some morning coffee , and don’t even get me started on the shower. (water pressure is immaculate ) Only thing I recommend is getting a cheap Amazon portable closet to hang all your clothes comfortably like I did but other than that this place was a 10/10. She even had little snacks and coffee k cups (:

Felt like a beautiful hidden gem. A retreat in the middle of the city. Water pressure was amazing, the shower literally felt like a massage. Very quiet and peaceful. Every detail thought out. Loved the guest book. And most importantly to me it was spotless, probably the cleanest place I've ever stayed

This is a great little room not far from the interstates or the Grand Old Opry; if you want to stay in Nashville, I do recommend it.

The property was inviting and relaxing, the host was very attentive and always responded to my messages right away. The apartment was beautiful and cozy, the bed is so comfortable. The breakfast nook was perfect and had snacks and coffee available. The bathroom shower is a walk in and has a bench to sit on if needed. I had a great stay here and would definitely stay again.

Main reason for our trip was to go to the NASCAR race at Nashville super speedway

Amazingly affordable and comfortable. Had everything we needed and the host was quick to communicate and very accommodating. Great places to eat nearby, amazing shower quick hot water, towel warmer (just be sure to give the it a moment to warm up and get your towel warm). Bed initially felt stiff but I have to admit it was probably one of the most comfortable sleeps we have had in a while. Definitely coming back for another stay the next time we make our way back.

Great home away from home!

Came to Nashville to spend the weekend celebrating m and my husbands 7yr anniversary. The apartment was conveniently located, the space was decorated with much thought and care, the shower was amazing with very hot water which I loved, the host was very kind and even met her outside while she attended to some yard work, she made our stay pleasant. We would definitely book again!

This cottage was perfect and an in expensive uber ride to downtown, Nashville. The owner was super responsive to messages, and even let us check in early when our flight got in. This is the perfect stay for a couple who wants to experience Nashville without the high hotel prices. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Very cute little studio! The decor is absolutely beautiful! Bed was very comfortable. States they have coffee but I would bring more kcups if you want more than a few cups. Most places don’t supply any so it wasn’t a big deal. Ohhhh and the shower is AMAZING!!

Safe quiet little neighborhood

Everything we were looking for on a short two night stay. Nice area would have taken walk if it wasn’t raining both days. Warm towel rack in bathroom was nice touch. Would recommend putting a toaster in kitchen area. We purchased some bagel for the morning but couldn’t toast them.

Great location, we were traveling between Nashville and Franklin most days. It was super easy to access. The bed was as amazing as all the reviews state and the shower was glorious as well! It was quiet and clean! Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Clean and cute, just the way I like it!

We had a fabulous stay! This spot is within minutes from the airport and within about 20-25 minutes from most popular attractions and Downtown Nashville. The host was incredibly responsive and the place itself was spotless! We were charmed by the decor and the use of the space and didn't feel we lacked for anything we needed to feel safe and at home for our stay. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family staying in the area!
