Stayed Jul 29, 2023Great spot for a visit to Boston - transportation (trolley and subway) is great, clean and everything you need is onsite. Great restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Communication was great with owner.

Stayed Oct 23, 2025The host was very welcoming. We were able to park free behind the house. The Mattapan trolley was close by so we were very happy to be able to get into Boston, Cambridge and Salem so easily. The apartment was well furnished, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Stayed Mar 28, 2024Since we were visiting a number of friends and family over Easter, the central and convenient location was the best. Also there is a long walking trail close by that we enjoyed. The property had everything we needed. We will stay there again.

Stayed Aug 24, 2023The apartment is quite old and has character and charm, is well equipped and everything worked well. The location is great because it is on the RedLine with easy (all be it a bit slow) access into the centre of Boston, far preferable to driving in and paying exorbitant car parking fees. The weekly pass for the transit system was about $22. Being on the south side of Boston there is also good access to Cape Cod and Rhode Island. Milton itself seems quite pleasant with some good restaurants. We didn’t meet our host Mike but did swap texts regarding access and local information, he was very quick to respond and helpful. All in all we had a great stay in Milton/Boston.
