This low set well-appointed two bedroom unit is ideal for a lazy weekend or a relaxing week long stay. Its location makes it a short walk to shops, river, beach, Bowling Club and RSL Club - just park the car and walk everywhere! Just across the road from our local IGA and bakery. The property has reverse cycle air conditioning so it is very comfortable in summer and winter. No BBQ facilities at this property.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at 1/44 Woodburn St over the Easter break. I would not hesitate in recommending Evans Head First National as an agent for all other landlords who require a professional to administer their property and I would have no hesitations in recommending this accommodation. We arrived after hours and all instruction regarding entry to the property was as per First National's instructions. You are within walking distance to everything. Evans to Betsy café across the road for a real coffee or 20 more meters further onto the IGA to buy your groceries.     Property was in walking distance to all conveniences that was a bonus. Overall for age of Property very comfortable we enjoyed our stay.

    The property is tired and in need of repaint, recarpeting and general renovation. Maintenance of the property is poor. Some light fittings didn't work. Many utensils were in poor condition. The shower base was broken a year ago when our friends rented the same property. It still needs replacing.

    The property was in a good location and was very clean but the lounge room furniture was very uncomfortable. It was also disappointing not to have the bed made up for us. We did not feel the stay was good value for money.

    Clean but a little tired. Needs some TLC. The web site said there were ocean views Yes, if you drive 5 minutes down the road. When one reads this comment we assume the view was from the unit. False advertising.
