Stayed Jun 25, 2021Robert called us within 30 minutes of arrival to be sure everything was great. The condo style unit is spacious and comfortable with a wonderful screened balcony. The parks and convention center are easy access, making this a great place for doing all thing Orlando.

Stayed Dec 27, 2019Check out day. Lined up cleaning to load carts for the day which is where we were parked. Horrible foul language among them. Trying to back out of spot would not move cArts. Then they were golf carts lined up to make a right and we could only go one way to exit and that was left. Again cart in the middle of road couldn’t turn left. 30 plus workers seen cart but would not move it. I’m guessing because it was not theirs. So we waited and waited for a the one worker that was busy swearing with another worker to get done with her talk and then look and us like we were the problem cause we wanted to turn. I wish I would have taken a picture of how may workers were right there but would not move it. No respect at all for Guests who are a vacation. It’s getting run down needs some TLC. I did see them painting the building. I’m talking outside builds need repairs more than a coat of paint. Elevator areas were always messy smelly area ever single day garbage overflowing and messy sticky floor. New year’s Day pool restaurant and bar was closed at the pool we were at. Food and service and Drafts was not that great at all. Very slow service once seated. Food is very overpriced for what you get! On a positive note pools were very clean! Poolside chairs very comfortable. Room was nice and clean. Just had to listen to the toilet run all day and night.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Absolutely loved the place. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. The property was in a perfect location, right in the middle of all attractions. My cheer family gave nothing but compliments of the viewing from the room. (I apologize for the glitter explosion in the room, gettting the girls ready for competition). I would referr my friends and family to stay here.
