Rentals of 28 consecutive nights or more require bi-weekly professional cleaning provided by the host ($85 per visit), a security deposit, a signed agreement, and a copy of a government‑issued ID.

Please note that this unit is located within a no-smoking, no‑pet facility. $250 recovery fee will apply if these rules are not followed, as additional cleaning and remediation will be required.
